It was easy to get tickets ahead of time online. Everything ran on time. All the crew was happy and polite. There seemed to be plenty of seating. There also seemed to be plenty of bars and bathrooms. The narrator was interesting and the Jazz bad was good.

Very relaxed. Good brunch meal. Enjoyed the jazz trio. Gift shop-Selections were scarce. Excellent Customer Service from Staff. Over all- Enjoyed the cruise.

The jazz band plus the narration of the shore line was a nice combination. We did not do the brunch, so i cannot comment on that but the cocktails at the bar were good.

Nice day cruise with informative narration and history. Having the jazz music added to the ride, how could you not be put into a good mood?!?

The speakers in the dining area were not clear at the back where we were seated. The narrated tour sounded like Charlie Brown's teacher. The buffet options were filling and tasty. It was a cloudy, misty day so the view was very Grey. No fault, just not able to remark.

Boat is smooth, come hungry! Beer menu could be better, but Cajun Bloody Mary was great. Brunch was buffet style, wonderful southern menu. Be sure to get some gumbo!

Wonderful. Elizabeth the boat ambassador was excellent. Also, the dining experience was lovely. Our server was Ayesha and she was wonderful.

Please note that both the New Orleans Steamboat Company and Gray Line New Orleans share the 'Lighthouse' ticket office @ 400 Toulouse Street. We recommend you arrive at 10:45am for the 11am boarding and 1:45pm for the 2pm boarding. Periodically, Steamboat NATCHEZ will be out of service for her yearly Coast Guard inspections and general maintenance. All cruises during this time will take place on her sister vessel - the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS. In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.24 hours before travel date - 100% refund
