Universal Studios Hollywood: The Ultimate VIP Journey

I wasn't sure if it would be worth it but now that I've experienced it, I'm not sure I can ever go back to being a "regular" guest. The line jumping was huge but I didn't expect all the other perks. The food was probably my favorite part and was totally unexpected.

I can’t say enough about this experience! I came with my mom and brother for my mom’s 80th birthday. Yes, you heard that right, the Big 8-0! From the moment we stepped inside the VIP Lounge, we felt like royalty. They placed an “It’s My Birthday” pin on my mom, and throughout the day, at least 40 employees wished her a Happy Birthday. She felt so special. Our tour guide was Kyle, and he was efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Our group consisted of 12 guests total, which was the perfect size. We first did the rides. I was worried that some might be too rough for my mom, but Kyle was great about letting us know how each ride was and asking if anyone in our group wanted to skip a ride. We did a total of 6 rides — Jurassic Park, Mummy, Transformers, Mario Kart, and two Harry Potter rides. My mom ended up doing all of them with no issue! The best part is that we didn’t have to wait in lines at all, and it was Thanksgiving week so it was a busy day. Then we broke for an hour-long buffet lunch, which is reserved for VIP guests only. The food was delicious, and there were characters like Dracula and Lucy (from “I Love Lucy”) walking around and greeting everyone. My mom grew up on Lucy, so getting to meet her was amazing! Next, we did the lot tour on a luxurious tour bus with another group of 12. It took us through the King Kong 3D experience, the Jaws set, and an earthquake simulation, among other cool stops. Fortunately, it wasn’t much walking as we were all a bit tired by this point. The full experience was around 6.5 hours, but we were engaged from start to finish. We were extremely impressed with Kyle’s coordination of the entire day. After the tour was over, we checked out a few shops and did the Simpsons ride and did the Harry Potter ride again — since our VIP passes allowed us to continue to skip the lines for the rest of the night. It honestly could not have been a more perfect day! I highly recommend the VIP Experience!

The VIP tour on Thanksgiving was an excellent choice. Our guide, Patrick C, was fantastic—funny, entertaining, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the day even more memorable. Lunch was a highlight, with a delicious spread that included sushi rolls, fresh seafood, turkey, and plenty of tasty vegetarian options.

Hollywood a dream destination for every person on this earth. We had an incredible day by visiting this wonderful attraction. My Wife enjoyed so much because she had a dream of seeing it after we have shifted to US from Germany.

We went there is 2023 and had Austin. The greatest tour guide ever!! We are going back this year and yes, We ARE getting him, we are calling up and personally asking for him. Watch out Austin your married couple are back. This time for our 33ed year Anniversary. I couldn't put the real date, so I had to pick any Tammy and Bert

I want to start by saying just how fantastic a tour guide Elliot is. I was really worried it was going to feel like a chore being stuck with someone all day as I don't enjoy meaningless pleasantries and fake Disney smiles, but it was nothing like that. Elliot was engaging in a natural way that felt personal and not forced. We were sad to let him go at the end of the tour. Yes, the tour is a fair amount of money, but worth every penny. We felt special, enjoyed having someone guide us around most of the park and breeze us through the queues. It's not just a fast pass, your guide makes sure you get ahead of everyone and straight onto each ride. The continental breakfast was pleasant and the lunch was very satisfying. I enjoyed that a little bit too much. The backlot tour was very comfortable with a private bus and some backstage stops to things like the prop store and Wisteria Lane. There was a lot of interesting information and didn't find myself bored at any point. Truly a really special day and a fantastic way to close our trip.

The Vip experience was the best money i ever spent. Once you go vip you will never go back to the norm. No lines, good food, great tour guides, Friendly and after everything is done you still have your pass to use for rides you didnt get to. A+++

It is so worth the price. Our knowledgeable guide Michael was with our small group every step of the way. We had a beautiful breakfast and buffet lunch at Moulin Rouge and got to experience all the rides. With the VIP pass you go right through in a separate line to get right on. Michael held our backpacks and hats. We rode a bus for the studio tour and experienced Harry Potter, Jurassic World and King Kong as well as Jaws and saw the back lots. We saw a stunt show. It was a fast paced, wonderful day that left us feeling satisfied and that we got our monies worth. The only way to go!

Luke, if you are reading this, thank you for making our tour interesting, fun and personalised. It was perfect, interesting facts, walking iconic sets (Back to the Future - seeing it was a long time dream, the Dirty Harry street, on and on), driving down Wysteria Lane, great Pyscho house action. The walk to the front of the ride queues was almost too good, as a Brit we felt almost embarrassed at how good the service was. We loved it, felt the value was bang on and ofcoarse Luke, listened to what we loved at the start, and delivered in the tour. Brilliant. Thank you.

I would have put family but wouldn’t let me. Anyway. Had a great day. Was for my daughter’s birthday. Tour guide was amazing. I believe the VIP was worth it. Staff friendly. Rides good. Food good. Highly recommend the vip even though it’s a bit more money.
