The sites were all great as expected. Dydima was small but worth starting the tour form there; Miletus was bigger than expected and surely a place to see. Ephesus-the core of the tour- was even more spectacular and impressive that anticipated; we asked to dedicate 3 hours to that site only, and it was barely enough. What made the experience memorable was our local guide Arzu. Her knowledge of Turkey's history, culture, and local artisans and even crops was impressive; her friendliness and willingness to share details above the common information, and her flexibility in accommodating our requests, were very genuine and unique. For the included lunch, she took us -under our request-, in a very authentic little -off-the-road restaurant serving only delicious local Kusadasi dishes; then we visit a local ceramic artisan in Selcuk, whose very elegant and unique production is protected and supported by Unesco. We really recommend this tour and suggest to ask her as your guide. Cok teşekkürler Arzu! :)
