This is a good group tour covering some really difficult topics so be prepared for the harrowing details on Pol Pots regime. The heat and humidity can be overwhelming particularly in the old prison rooms where there are photos of the victims. The provide cold water and ac in the bus. Our tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable and overall this tour was great value for money

Sum Cheath was an informed, thorough and sensitive guide for this very important but distressing tour of the horrors that Cambodia went through so very recently. We were impressed with how he organized/shepherded our group (about 12-14 people) around the two sites, and the way he managed to be lighthearted at times as well as cover horrific topics in a realistic way. Glad we chose this tour. Water provided.

A tough but important tour. Mr. Baboon was a wonderful guide. His personal stories of his family's experiences under the Khmer Rouge were heartbreaking. Mr. Tea was a great driver, navigating the city streets like an expert. Highly recommend.

Mr Baboon and Mr Tea were an amazing team! Very informative, funny and really put heart into their work. They truly care about the history of Cambodia and educating others on it. Couldn’t recommend them more! Thanks for the great experience 👍

Interesting places, enough time to see them, and most of the explanations were fine. The guide had good sense of humor and at the same time, respected the feelings and emotions that the place makes you feel. Also it was a big surprise to meet some of the survival of the genocide and prison. Lots of time to go through them without a guide, but that can be a double edged sword. The guide sometimes started talking when someone from the group had not arrived.

It's a tough but necessary tour. Baboon was a great guide. His personal stories about his family's experiences under the Khmer Rouge were heartbreaking.
