Ultimate Zakopane: Breathtaking Tatras & Thermal Spa Oasis

The whole trip was well organised and our tour guide was very good. Great knowledge & very welcoming (Mirek) he did a fantastic job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a great day me and my partner travelled and I must say we was informed about everything perfectly via text message and WhatsApp we received a phone call before pick up just confirm the details of pick up which was great as we was anxious but when we arrived we was welcomed by our tour guide Lucio he was great always explained what was going on and a very friendly and welcoming guy with great English! We travelled to the highlander village and Lucio explained the history and told us about the best spots there we then travelled to huts where we was served vodka and cheese which was lovely then we went to zakopane it was really busy but it was an unforgettable experience with many memories made the queues was long but it was worth it we then travelled to the thermal baths which amazing would definitely go again the pools were great and the bars were great. The overall experience was amazing and it was definitely made much better because of our tour guide Lucio being young I was quite nervous for this but he made me and my girlfriend welcome and calmed all our nerves 10/10 experience

This trip was really good. We had a great day, the only disappointment was the queue at the vernacular was too long, when we asked how long it would take to actually get up to the door to get on the cable car we were told about an hour. This didn’t include going up to the mountain and back again and seeing zakopane and having some food. We would not have made it back in time. The rest of the trip however was really good and our guide Fabion was very knowledgable. The driver was great too and got us out of some really tight places in the car parks! Great day the spa was well worth the visit but cable car not so much as we couldn’t get on in the time we had

We went on the Zakopane trip with our family, our tour guide Lucio was amazing made us feel so relaxed from start to finish never made us feel rushed or anything. He was so chilled and happy and made everything at ease for us which made our day fab. Zakopane was gorgeous very very busy but the mountains are just beautiful. I would def recommend going on the tour.

Fantastic communication from the tour organisers from the moment I booked to the return drop off after the excursion. Michal, our guide, was entertaining as well as being very knowledgeable. He kept us updated at every stage of the trip. We were a group of 4, ages ranging from 20 to late 50’s and each one of us commented on what an amazing time we had. I would 100% recommend this trip to everyone.

The experience was near perfect from beginning to end. Tour guide Marco was knowledgeable and friendly and made for his job. He kept us well-informed leading up to and during the tour. We toured on December 6, a Saturday holiday, so most stops were packed with tourists. The UNESCO village with wooden houses was quaint, but a drive-through would have been more appropriate than the stop and short tour. We could have used that extra time in Zakopane. (Two in our group spent over 2 hours in line, going up and coming back on the cable car, only to have less than 10 minutes at the top). The cheese and vodka stop was especially appreciated by the younger members of the group. The spa was modern, lovely and relaxing. There was some misinformation presented in the on-line guide - there was no surcharge to use 2 of the 3 saunas. (There is a surcharge for the nude sauna, where one wears only a towel). The locker rooms were crowded and difficult to maneuver because of the weekend holiday. These little drawbacks were unavoidable and not the fault of the tour guide. Besides Marco, kudos go to the bus driver (I forget his name). He guided that large tour bus through some very tight spots and parking lots.

Amazing day trip. Our tour guide kana was so lovely and very funny. She definitely made the trip just that little bit more special.

Myself and my husband (mid 30s) went on this trip today. We really enjoyed it! Communication was great, they tour guide sent loads of info I asked for before booking then once I had booked WhatsApp was used to advise of meeting place, times etc… picked up at 8:20am and travelled to zakopane with 2 stops on the way (one toilet and one village stop). Zakopane was lovely and had plenty of time (2.5 hours) to explore and use the cable car. We then did vodka and cheese tasting from an authentic little hut - this was fun! We then went to the thermal baths, we took our own swim wear and then hired towels (about £2) there are lockers included and everything is paid for on a water proof wrist band. We enjoyed the thermal baths, it has different sections so some was kids swimming pool and some outdoor jacuzzi type vibe. The journey is about 2 hours from krakow but the bus was spacious and you could eat snacks on there and leave your bags while exploring my places. Our tour guide haroun was amazing and made sure we always knew times to meet, places to meet and where to go. Would highly recommend this trip whilst in Krakow!
