Udaipur's Royal Splendor: Private City & Lake Pichola Tour

Dinesh took our party of four around the city of Udaipur and really made it an enjoyable and educational experience. We all loved it and would highly recommend.

Excellent introduction to the history, culture and beauty of Udaipur, thanks to our guide, Pradeep Ajmera! Pradeep provided lots of interesting information about each site and took some great photos for us. He also did a great job organizing the day based on our interests, the weather, and the two different holidays (Ganesh Chaturthi & Eid-e-Milad) being celebrated that day. We enjoyed speaking both French and English with him. And when our paths met by chance the next day, he graciously and kindly welcomed us to join his neighborhood’s celebration of Ananta Chaturdashi (ceremonial immersion of Ganesh’s idol on the final day of Ganesh Chaturthi Festival) at the nearby “Ghat” (steps down into the lake). What a wonderful experience all around!

Had a wonderful tour with the help of the guide and driver. The city museum and boat ride on Lake Pichola were the highlight of the tour.

Great experience. Mansingh was a great tour guide. We were able to cater the tour and pick elements we did not want to visit . Lunch was at an A la Carte restaurant and we were able to order anything off the menu which was great!

Pintu was an excellent guide in Udaipur. He excelled all expectations, being always very knowledgeable about the city's attractions, extremely patient and willing to go out of his way to attend our demands. I totally recommend him!
