Oracle & Spartans: Private Delphi & Thermopylae Odyssey

It was a well organized trip which I really enjoyed. The driver was nice and helpful and his recommendations really useful. He also had a very well grip on the history of both places and I could ask him many questions.

We had a fabulous day with our guide, George. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We experienced the history and culture of Greece in a way that brought the ancient history alive as we walked in the footsteps of those who came thousands of years before us. George added special touches by bringing us fresh cookies from a local bakery, taking us over the mountains for incredible views and sharing a charming restaurant in a local village for dinner to enhance our experience. Thank you, George!

I had a great day going to Delphi with my guide, Peter! He stopped at various locations along the way to point out ancient ruins and historical places. He was so knowledgeable and engaging that the trip was educational and fun!!!

We had a fabulous day with Peter on our private tour to Thermopylae & Delphi. He arrived exactly when he said he would, had water and cookies ready and waiting in the car and off we went for a full-day adventure. Peter was charming and well versed, not only on the places we visited, but on a wide array of topics. In addition he was extremely thoughtful and considerate of our needs and focused on what would make our day memorable and spectacular. We spent many hours with Peter and the time flew by because it was that enjoyable. Many thanks to Peter for making our tour so worthwhile. Tas was our guide. He was the best we could have had for the day we had been looking forward since forever! He has a deep knowledge of Greek history especially related to Thermopylae and Delphi. We thought we had a good basic understanding of the history, but Tas gave us the real story without making us feel dumb. He was invested in giving us the best possible experience during our visit. Tas called us to confirm the pickup time and kept us updated enroute to our hotel. He came with water and treats which were delicious. At the end of the day, he got us the best seats in a wonderful restaurant. Finally, Tas followed up the next day with a photo summary of our trip. We would definitely go to this company again if we return to Greece!

Our guide Peter was amazing…knowledgeable, witty, and personable! His contact was great and his remarkable ability to whisk us through crowds and tour groups made our tours to Thermopylae and Delphi awesome, allowing us plenty of time to enjoy and explore these incredible cultural treasures. We not only had ancient sites to hike and visit, but ended our tour with one of the most perfect dinners we’ve ever had with a million dollar view!!! Delphi is the capstone to the trip and Tas was a great tour guide full of history and knowledge making the trip interesting. His ability to tell the stories is interesting and fun.

We had an absolutely fantastic day with our private tour guide Peter who was fantastic - very knowledgeable and very thoughtful putting us first and showing us the sights. He also advised on a fantastic restaurant were we had a great meal all in all I would highly recommend doing this tour.
