Our guide (Josè Luis) was very personable and truly seemed to enjoy sharing information with us. We were not particularly familiar with Dublin’s literary history, so this tour was a great way to learn.

Jose Luis was wonderful! I specifically requested a literary tour of Dublin and he was able to provide that beautifully. We learned about William Butler Yeats, Oscar Wilde, James Joyce, Seamus Heaney, going to their statues, hang-outs (like Sweney's!), museum exhibitions and galleries. He is knowledgeable, kind and wonderful- an absolutely amazing tour!!

Dave Kavanagh was our guide. He has a marvelous knowledge of Dublin, its history, and its literary history. He contacted us well in advance and tailored the tour to our preferences. We could not have had a better guide to this wonderful city.

Kevin Flood led us on a wonderful walking tour, including a Seamus Heaney exhibit we wouldn’t have found, and added interesting history and restaurant tips for us to try later. Even showed us the best grocery stores in the city center when we told him we wanted to find picnic food...Fallon & Byrne has wonderful bread and cheese and salads, and so does Dunne’s.
