Spa was great. !! Loved the day there : tasting is not at the location, people need to know this. Disappointing. You’d think it was according to the advert but it’s not !

We arrived 1030am on a Tuesday. Very little queue for our pre booked online ticket. We knew it may well get busy so went early ish. We enjoyed our time there, outdoor swimming pool where you need hats is currently closed (so couldn't wear the special flowery hats I purchased 😀). Still loads of pools to explore. We booked a cabin which was useful. Go with an open mind and ready to take photos.

A nice trip with friends to the thermal pool. Food was good and the pool itself was lovely. The only downside was the changing rooms as they were dirty and very dark. Make sure you bring your flip flops!

First a part of the thermal batch, almost half of the thermal batch / pool is under renovation. This was not mentioned anytime during the booking, subsequently I receive a mail in the afternoon of the event from Viator informing about the renovation. Second, booking includes free drinks! Asked everyone within the property no one knows about this. When checked with the staff she was mentioning about some place in the City. Why we should buy a ticket for the bath in one part of the city and go to another part of the city for redeeming the drinks. Total disaster package offered by Viator!

I was really looking forward to this experience and infact booking upgraded spa (4) hour package only to be so so disappointed. The entry to the spa on this package was really welcoming and beautiful. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Once we got changed into our swim wear we decided to go to the baths as we waited for massage. The rooms/bath were so stuffy, floors discolored and we couldn’t find a spot/bath that we could enjoy. Left and waited for the massage and scrub and to be honest, in all the times I have been to for massages and thermals , this was possibly the least favorite. I could hardly feel the massage and the masseuse insisted that it had to be a soft massage🫣the scrub was done in the same manner and cleaning using a hand towel. We had to go and take a shower thereafter in as much as it’s not recommended for oils to infuse into the body. This was supposed to be the climax of short stay in Budapest but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, I honestly don’t have much to say.

The thermal pools were amazing, unfortunately the main pool outside was closed and we were not informed. We also found out that it is cheaper to buy your ticket in loco.

We booked a private cabin but it was not available when we arrived. The lap pool was not available. We were only notified on the day.

Researched all the thermal baths in Budapest and this seemed to be the top rated. Not cheap, would be good if you had the option of a half day ticket as a lower price as we were only there a couple hours and can’t imagine you would spend a full day. Outside bath was lovely and very warm. Unfortunately the lap pool was shut and we were only advised the day before. This should have been reflected in the price but it wasn’t. Some of the inside baths weren’t very clean, looked like green mildew floating around so we stayed in the outside one which was lovely. Hot tub was packed constantly so never got a chance to use. Overall was an enjoyable few hours and good to have done. Recommend getting the changing cabin alongside your ticket.

Unique, we end up with a beautiful sunny day. For us 3 hours was enough to explore and understand it. I was disappointing see visitors wearing hotel sleepers to walk around:( not to buy a pair at the entrance) and so when they ripped, because they are not designed to be in water they were found all over by pool entrance. For you to know they sell all items that are require at the entrance.
