Athens Full Day Private Tour

This tour was excellent! Theodore knew so much about the history of Greece and just informed us of where we were going and the significance of it. It was so wonderful to deeply understand all of these things and provoked my girls’ academic memories of learning about Greece and Greek mythology. Theodore was very accommodating for when we needed a restroom or wanted to stop and get a water or coffee or even see a different sight. He was able to learn what we liked and didn’t like and took us to those specific places. It was pure JOY being with Theodore the whole day and we will miss him!!! If you schedule, request him because he really made the experience even more worthwhile and really knew the history and information we asked! That was worth the trip as well!!! Oh and lunch was included which was totally Amazing-even wine and beer!!! Thank you Theodore and blessings!

We had a wonderful tour of Athens that was led by Nicholas. He took us to the Acropolis, the Agora Market, the Olympic Stadium, the National Gardens, the changing of the guard at the Presidential Palace and the Acropolis Museum. After all of that he treated us to a delicious Greek meal with tasty gyros and salads. Nicholas was the perfect guide. He is very knowledgeable of Greek history, speaks excellent English, knows his way around Athens very well, is always punctual and has a very pleasant personality. I highly recommend this tour with Nicholas!

We had an incredible full-day private tour around Athens with our driver and guide, Dimitris. From start to finish, he made sure our experience was comfortable, educational, and unforgettable. At every location, Dimitris shared thoughtful insights on the history, architecture, and cultural significance of what we were seeing. His knowledge was deep and passionate, and he brought ancient Athens to life for us in a way that was engaging for both adults and kids. Beyond being incredibly informative, Dimitris was attentive and kind. He always made sure we were safe, comfortable, and getting the most out of our time. We never felt rushed, and he tailored the experience to our pace and interests. This is BY FAR the best way to see the best of Athens in 1 day. Book for Sunday! Minimal traffic makes the day much more enjoyable , and more time available to see everything instead of sitting in traffic. With the private tour you can adapt and alter as YOU please and Not limited to group decisions. If you know what’s good for you and your spouse , Ask for Babis! We had a fantastic time. Lunch was amazing and delicious and Babis gave us all the history needed for all the places while on the way to each one. Told us how to skip the line with the prepaid tickets and made the day absolutely perfect.

Manos did an unbelievable job showing us the city of Athens! Every part of the trip was thoughtfully planned and flawless!

We booked a full day tour with Ioannis (driver) and Mikaela (tour guide). I am glad we paid the extra money for the licensed tour guide. The Acropolis was very busy and Mikaela was able to maneuver around the crowds while explaining what we were seeing. Our only suggestion was to bring a snack as our ‘lunch’ was toward the end of the tour.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Panos our driver and tour guide for a full day private tour, which certainly was the way for us to go. We were not in any hurry, could see more of some places and less or others. We loved the history of the Acropolis, Parthenon, Ancient Agora, shopping, but the watching the changing of the guard in front of the old palace, which is today Parliament House was very impressive. No standing in line because our driver already had our entry tickets. Even the lunch was excellent.
