Athens Full Day Private Tour

Awesome tour guide! Highly recommend this tour, it’s takes you all around town to see the sites of Athens. Out tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time!

Our tour guide Manos was excellent. He arrived at our hotel early, his car was clean, and he explained the itinerary to us for the day. We appreciated all the stops and photo opportunities, and the historical perspective and his kind demeanor. Highly recommend and would certainly book again.

Our tour guide, John, was simply the BEST! So knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Having the tickets ahead of time was a huge time saver. John took us to the Acropolis first before it got too crowded and too hot. Great decision! Then we went to the Agora Market which I really could have spent more time exploring and reading all the information in the museum. He drove us around sightseeing. We stopped at the Olympic Stadium which was very cool! Our lunch was fantastic, and because we had time left at the end he allowed us to choose what we wanted to do. He suggested Plaka district so we went there. Perfect ending! I would 10/10 recommend this tour and John!

Pedro was excellent - made our first experience in Athens so memorable and had showed us so many sites and had shared with us some history before visiting each of them. He also stopped by this authentic Greek restutant for us and it was amazing! Thank you Pedro! We wil def come back to visit!

Great time! Very efficient use of valuable, limited time in Athens. Hit all the key sites, and our guide was quite informative. Would definitely recommend!

The full day tour of Athens spanned 6 hours and provided a good overview of the major historical sites. The tour guide, Mamos, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tour could be improved if it was coupled with accredited tour guides for the Acropolis and Pantheon to add substance or have an accredited guide handle the complete tour. As currently implemented the guide provides some introduction for selected sites and leaves the tourists to visit the sites on their own to visit the site and guess the history and significance. Consequently the one day tour seems to be over priced. Nevertheless we appreciate Mamos’s fine service and the experience.

We had an amazing tour with Olive Sea Travel - and what made it amazing was Nikos. He was a great tour guide - he shared some history, took us all over Athens, found places for some great photo opportunities, and was ridiculously kind and accommodating. Thank you Nikos and thank you Olive sea! I would recommend this tour to anyone who has never been to Athens before. Everything was seamless.

Michaela was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about all the places we went. Not only that, we went on 6 other excursions with Norwegian, and I will never do that again. Huge busses, guides that just did their own thing. Most importantly, I have had knee replacement, so I'm a little slower. Michaela would always make sure everyone was there before she gave information. I really appreciated that. And, to top it off, she stuck with us until we got a cab back to our hotel. She was the epitome of what a tour guide should be. She needs to teach others for sure.

This was a great experience, and we 100% recommend it. Our driver, Yiannis, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

We had a great full day tour of Athens with Nicholaus! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Tickets to attractions were provided so no lines to wait in. Lunch was delicious!
