Fun trip! I would recommend. Additionally, cafe stop along the way has tasty desserts. Traffic was heavy on the return trip but that meant we were able to socialize with others for longer.

Tour guide Vicki was very knowledgeable and nice. The bus driver got us there safely and back….but was rude rushing us off the bus when dropping us off. Wish we would have known there was damage to the road due to a rockslide/landslide because it added time to the trip to go a different route (about 2 hours extra). Allegedly this event occurred a month prior, but we were not notified that instead of approximately a 10 hour day it would be an approximately 12 hour day, with most of the day being driving. We bought the lunch included option and the lunch was good. Our family enjoyed the Apollo’s Temple ruins and the museum but overall, I don’t know that it was worth a 12 hour day. Vicki was very very nice and knowledgeable. She gave us good information, but we wish there was a little less talking over the bus microphone, or switch to the whisper system so that people had the option of listening to the extra info on Greece or alternatively reading a book or listening to music on their own.

And absolutely phenomenal experience and Vicky really was the best guide. Her knowledge was thorough and she was happy to share.

A wonderful day trip to a unique and important site in the history of Greece. It is refreshing to get out of the city and see some other parts of the country. The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver and guide were both excellent. The walking tour was fast and the day was long due to a rockslides on the main route to Delphi, but the incredibly scenic alternate route via the Bay of Corinth made up for the long day. The meal was very generously portioned - arrive hungry! If you’re on an off-season trip, be aware that “on-your-own” options are extremely limited.

We had a great trip to Delphi with Chat Tours. The pick-up, coach trip, lunch, stops and return journey all went like clockwork, and our guide Vicki was amazing! She was very engaging and well informed, and excellent at explaining the importance of the Delphi and interpreting the astonishing remains at Delphi and the remarkable artifacts in the museum. We also learned a great deal about ancient and modern Greece, and even a bit on Greek cuisine and the Greek language! Highly recommended.

I took this tour on November 20,2024 as a day trip. Our lady tour guide was excellent. I can’t remember her name:((( She was excellent and such a great historian. This is such an exceptional tour.

The guide - Viky was awesome. Passionate about history, archeology, greek, cuisine and travel. The entire tour was well managed and the snippets she provided on the history, culture, economy and movies were engaging and insightful. Highly recommend.

This was a long day but so worth it! Our group was less than 20 people on a small bus and the drive was around 2.5 hours long. Along the way, the tour guide gave us lots of info and history of Delphi so that when we got there we already had some context. She walked with us through the archeological site, pointing interesting things out and gave us time to explore on our own too before we met back up with her to go through the museum together. On the way back, we stopped for a photo opportunity before heading back to Athens. The drive took longer due to traffic so it was a full day, be prepared for that! But much easier to visit Delphi with a tour than on our own

Amazing place, spirited guide, and a wonderful lunch. The misty day lent a fun gothic ambience to it all!
