Our tour guide, Becky, could not have been better. She was prompt at our meeting spot near the Acropolis museum. She took care of purchasing our tickets in advance. Our two hour tour of the museum and the Acropolis was absolutely perfect. She timed it well so that after getting some real depth into key artifacts in the museum, we arrived at the Acropolis when it was not very crowded. It also made for a much better understanding of what we were looking at on the Acropolis. Her pace was perfect. We never felt overwhelmed by too much information. There were four of us and at two specific locations she stopped us to take pictures as couples and then a group. How thoughtful of her! She was simply spot on.

We absolutely LOVED this tour. Our guide (Maria/Mary/Shorty) was fabulous - extremely knowledgeable about the history, very concerned about our safety, and an amazing photographer to boot! Our van driver was also wonderful - super helpful when one of our group became slightly ill. Highly recommend this for a great way to get a lot of history in a relatively short time!

Her English is flawless, her knowledge is encyclopedic, and her storytelling—oh my!—it’s as if the marble itself starts talking when she speaks. Every stop felt alive. At the Parthenon, she didn’t just describe stones; she conjured gods and philosophers. On the Areopagus, she brought Paul’s sermon to life with such vivid detail I could almost hear the echoes. And in the Agora, I swear Socrates himself might have nodded in approval at her insights. Nicole’s warmth, humor, and deep passion for her city make her not just a guide, but a storyteller of the highest order. She has that rare ability to make ancient history feel personal and immediate. And if you happen to notice a twinkle in her eye when she mentions the sea—well, that’s the Corfu in her talking. A little island magic from the Ionian, sprinkled across the marble hills of Athens. I’ve taken many tours across Europe, but Nicole stands out above them all. Absolutely unforgettable.

We toured the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis. It was wonderful. Very helpful as our guide Lisa suggested, to tour the museum first. The tour was a lot of walking! But we loved it.

Having a private guide was great. No need for headphones and big buses. This is a great company to use. Also met the owner on another tour. They were so good we added a tour onto our trip thru them. Make sure you go early like they said. As we were heading out the crowds was getting bigger.
