Our tour guide Nick was awesome. Really took his time to explain everything throughout the whole tour. The walk up the Acropolis was much easier than I feared as we stopped to see a lot along the way. Highly recommend!

It was an enlightening experience. It would be challenging to do visit these places on your own and get so much out of the experience.

The start of the tour is at the office of the agency (with a sitting room). From there to the Acropolis is a short walk, then climbing some stairs and dirt road to get above to the temples and the Parthenon. It’s important to have good shoes as some places are slippery. The tour ends inside the Acropolis Museum. Our tour guide was professional and helpful. On the whole an enjoyable experience.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He gave us a great tour, even with the large group. Very pleased. I highly recommend it.

Good guide. Worth the money rather than doing the Acropolis and museum on our own, as we understood more what we we were looking at. Would have been 5 stars but a few issues held us up a few times; these were mainly caused by other guests rather than the guide and were dealt with as quickly as possible.

Our guide was fabulous and had 25 years of experience so the explanation of what we were seeing was so much more rewarding. I think it would be very difficult to capture the same experience without a guide. We had about 20 in our group but you have an earpiece and receiver that allowed us to hear him very well without crowding around. One recommendation we would make is that if you travel during the summer months (May-September) try and catch a performance in the Odeon near the base of the Acropolis. They have top flight entertainment and artists and the setting is spectacular! If you only have one day, this is THE tour to take.
