Temple of Poseidon and Cape Sounion Sunset Tour with Audio Guide

It was really nice, the view is amazing we didn't get lucky and the clouds didn't allow us to see the sunset and yet the view was pretty worthy.

The sunset trip to Temple of Poseidon is exactly as described. You are picked up in a large bus and taken to the location, about 90 minute drive. The multi-lingual audioguide is pretty dry. There was a long line at the destination to purchase the ticket. The Temple is the highlight, and definitely worth visiting. There are more comfortable ways to travel to the Temple of Poseidon, including guided tours, but these are much more expensive. This tour is good value for its price.

First off, not just the temple but the area in general is extremely beautiful. We arrived with quite some time to spend there and I would recommend to explore the area around first before entering the temple side. Though, the bus ride is quite long, particularly the way back due to traffic. The sight also gets pretty crowded until sunset. Still if you find the time, for the price this trip is definitely worth it.

Very nice experience! The bus is very comfortable and tour guide is very nice person. Although the weather wasn’t perfect i still enjoyed the trip, and even made friend in this process. Recommend for people want to go there without their own car

Ride on the right side of the bus for the best views! Nice evening trip to experience a beautiful sunset and the temple. It was a bit cloudy the day I went but still a great experience.

The trip and audio were fantastic; however the ac on the bus was not running well. We were sweltering by the end of the trip.

Great experience overall! Pick up was straightforward; the guide was helpful; visiting Sounion was amazing! Only downside to note is be careful where you sit - the seats by the middle staircase have very little legroom. But overall, a fantastic experience well worth going for!

Well organised, good value, guide and driver. The audio guide on the bus was very informative and made the journey more interesting The bus was very prompt in its departure and arrival and the excursion was just perfect!
