10/10!! The bus was very comfortable and we felt safe on it. It departed and returned to Athens on schedule. Harry, the tour guide, demonstrated solid knowledge of the area, and the entrance fees to the monasteries were fair. The place is very beautiful, with impressive views and a rich history. I feel honored to have visited.

I really enjoyed this trip. Meteora is stunning and it's more than worth the long bus journey. And, given the distance, the lovely guides, and lunch, it’s definitely a bargain. When you're booking this trip, do take the lunch option, as there's pretty much nowhere to get any food once in Meteora. And be prepared for walking all the stairs.

Experienced tour guide. Safe drivers. Wonderful experience! It is worthy for 8 hours drive from Athens!

I had a great experience with Meteora Thrones on their one-day trip to Meteora. The bus was very comfortable, with Wi-Fi and phone charging available. Departure was on time, but due to heavy traffic in Athens, we lost about an hour of sightseeing time and had to skip one of the three planned monasteries. That was a bit disappointing, but understandable. Lunch was served in a large dining hall and was quite good. Given the tight schedule, there wasn’t really time to look for other options, so it worked well. Our guide, Clement, was excellent—friendly, informative, and very professional. He really made the trip enjoyable. We visited Varlaam Monastery and Holy Trinity Monastery (Meteora), both of which were absolutely stunning. The viewpoints were breathtaking, and the scenery was unforgettable. Even though the long journey was tiring, we truly enjoyed the day and felt it was worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to experience Meteora in one day, especially thanks to the great organization and our amazing guide.

this was an amazing experience! we got to see one of the most beautiful sights of greece and clement was a great guide and so full of energy the bus ride was very comfortable but very long (4 hours there and back), and the buffet lunch was nice i only didnt like the restaurant in between for dinner because they charged us 22 euros for a greek salad and some kebab :(

This tour is an absolute MUST if you're visiting Greece! Clement was a terrific tour guide with lots of information. Beware that you will be climbing some stairs but take it from this out of shape 63 year old, you can do it and it will be worth every aching muscle!! Absolutely amazing.

The trip was wonderful, the driver and the tour guide super friendly and comunícate giving us all the information about the places we visited. The only thing that we didn’t like was that when we reserved the tour it say with lunch and wasn’t clear how to do it. We have to pay there thinking it was included. I think the propaganda was no well designed.
