Breathtaking Chaophraya Dinner Cruise: Bangkok's Ultimate Night

Dinner cruise along Chaophraya river, Delicious dinner, lively performances, and stunning river views, capped off perfectly with spectacular New Year’s Eve fireworks! Our agent had booked everything, which made it seamless. Tip: After midnight, traffic was terrible — our driver took 2 hours to pick us up, and many taxis couldn’t get through loads of local people and tourist had to walk long distance. I’d recommend staying nearby if you plan a cruise dinner and fireworks on New Year’s Eve.

I had a wonderful experience overall. The service was excellent, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciated the quality and attention to detail. It’s clear that they care about their customers and work hard to provide a pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations, and in many ways, it exceeded them. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for reliable service and a great overall experience. I would be happy to visit again in the future.

Food buffet a bit of a shambles....mad rush to get food even though there was sooo much of it. Some organisation would be nice. Staff really good. Entertainment good but on this occasion I think it was the Mexican guests that made it fun. The DJ's music choice got everyone dancing. Musician was great...Thailands own Kenny G.

Entertaining night, staff were great and the view was good. Food selection was ok and the drinks were reasonably priced considering your on a cruise.

Among the seas of dinner cruises offered, I settled on this company and took advantage of the discounted tickets. We had great time. The food was decent nothing outstanding, menu for most diets. Note: The beverages are cost extra. There was entertainment onboard and dancing. The cruise along the river, was the highlight , seeing the Grand palace and temple spires lit up. A beautiful sight to see. Yes, towards the end of the trip. The staff will line up and hope you give some tip money. It’s entirely up to you!

Really enjoyed the whole night! Really good entertainment, food had a lot of variety and the drinks were very well priced, we did get to the dock abit early but there’s markets and bars right next to where the boat picks you up

We looked at the reviews of many river cruises, and found this to be the best. The on-boarding was welcoming. The entertainment was very good. The boat sailed past many well-lit places of interest. Many opportunities for excellent pic! 📸 The food was good (i am personally not a goodie so cannot comment mych). Overall i scored it 11 out of 10!!!

After getting our tickets near the boardwalk, we boarded at the The Riverfront Pier. We enjoyed browsing quaint boutique shops and watching street performances before setting sail. I wish I had done my research, so we could have a little more time to explore before getting on board. I ended up buying a few things, but it wasn't a problem to leave my shopping bags underneath my dining chair. Once on board, we were treated to a lavish Thai and international buffet, special drinks and alcohol you pay for separately, but a regular drink comes with the buffet. Plenty of options, including dessert. They even have food on the lower level which I don't think everyone was aware of. Live music and traditional dancing entertained us while we were casting off, then later they played popular songs and it turned into a family-friendly dance party as they encouraged us to join in and dance with our servers, kids, adults, elderly, different nationalities, everyone laughing, dancing and having fun together just made it a perfect night. It was a lively and fun ambiance, yet romantic at the same time. The beautiful panoramic views (seen in the other reviews) of Bangkok’s landmarks all lit up at night was amazing, including Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, and the Rama VIII Bridge. We dined on the top open-air deck offering plenty of photo ops, not sure how easy it was to take photos on the lower deck. The staff were enthusiastic and engaging, making the entire experience feel exciting. We passed 2 other river cruise boats and in comparison it was obvious we were having more fun on our boat. This cruise is a must-do for an unforgettable night on the river, timing was just right, not too long, not too short. The only thing that annoyed me was the line before boarding, very unorganized. We have assigned seating, yet people push in front of you like you're invisible and you weren't waiting there longer than they were. I'm not sure what can be done about rude patrons though, maybe hand out numbers to line up in order.

The food was mid, difficult to provide food for the various people groups on board. The highlight was the entertainment. The singers sang popular songs in the language of each guest. It wasn’t perfect, but very impressive.
