We had a great time and the segways were fun to ride, however, the route of the tour was on some busy streets and involved some construction zones and was difficult to navigate. In addition, the headsets did not work well the ENTIRE tour and the majority of us missed out on the tour information as a result for the majority of the tour. They were unable to fix the issue regardless of what they did.

We attended the segway tour in early August in the baking heat. And it is possible, however very hot! There is a bag on segway, where you can have a bottle of water (remember to buy). It's a great way to get around through the small streets and squares. The only drawback was that it can be difficult to catch the English, when you also have to concentrate on the road. Then ask the guide to speak slowly and clearly. Very friendly organizers, and it's great fun to drive on segway

We were a group of friends who decided to see Palermo by Segway. It was wonderful. It was fun. We got te see so much of Palermo. Our guide was great, very knowlegable, as we moved along he would keep us informed on areas,landmarks and history. He had humor and we enjoyed ourselves. Palermo is a busy city, traffic and pedestrians everywhere. But we felt safe on our Segways, Mr Brancatelli guided us through very well. Thanks for a wonderful experience

Wow--we LOVED this! Segways are so much fun! And Leo and our guide, Bianca, made this an all around amazing experience! From the carefully taught lessons to the interesting tour commentary, everything was perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about our day! My kids (ages 15 and 13) both ended the day wanting segways for Christmas! :) Visited June 2011
