Cappadocia Unveiled: Breathtaking Full-Day Highlights Tour

Erkan & Kadir are partners that run these tours in Turkey. They are both extremely professional in their interactions. Kadir took us around Cappadocia over 4 days and 3 nights. The breadth & depth of his historical knowledge of Europe and the region was simply outstanding. He’s also a very safe driver. Cooking Class: In addition, we embarked upon a cooking class with a local family that he had arranged for us. He is such a natural in the kitchen and is ever so helpful. The local family were simply delightful and we went back the next day to snap a photo with the family as we had forgotten the day before. Hot Air Balloon: Erkan and Kadir were able to secure hot air balloon tickets for us with a company renown for its safety records and excellent pilots despite a very high demand since balloon rides had been cancelled for 3 out of the 4 days we were there by the Civil Aviation Authority due to wind conditions. To say we were impressed by the rigger for accuracy by the hot air balloon crew would be an understatement. (Tip: Book the 2nd sortie of the morning as Erkan & Kadir did for us. You get to witness sun rise.) Erkan & Kadir are well worth the extra money.

I traveled to Turkey with 4 of my girlfriends at the end of August. Erkan and his tour company and guides are professional yet warm and quirky. We learned an enormous amount from our guide Nihad about the extraordinary history of this ‘centre of the world’ on the silk road as well as the reality of daily life for locals. My friends and I went on a 11 day trip to Turkey and we contacted Kadir and his company for our a guided tour in Cappadocia. BEST Decision ever!! Kadir is a sweet , pite ,fun and an amazing person with an indepth knowledge about Cappadocia Apart from regaling us with his humour , songs , knowledge about the pla e he was gracious enough to take our best pics at the best stops.
