Was a good day! Monika was a tour guide! She is really good! I liked to have my tour with her, everything was so organized! The place is stunnig. I recommend.

Amazing from the beginning until the end. Monika, the guide was lovely, very professional and polite. Great logistics. I wish they could give us some time to explore near Eibsee lake and also maybe warn us that some special shore were needed to reach the actual summit.

This was our fourth tour with Grayline from Munich, and to be honest, we were somewhat ambivalent when we booked it, but wow! Zugspitze is not to be missed!! There is a cable car (amazing) and the mountain itself is incredible. Viewing platforms with spectacular vistas and an interesting cog wheel train back down (and through) the mountain. We went on a Sunday in October and crowds were fine!! I want to say this is not to be missed!!!! However, the tour guide on this occasion - and unlike our other day trip guides - was not great. Impatient with people (including those with limited English and no German) and her instructions about when / where to meet weren’t clear, and we ended up with people missing at the last (train) station. This was disappointing given how good our other trips were!!!

Great tour from start to finish. Monika was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the bus ride and the Zugspitze was absolutely phenomenal; well worth it. Coming from British Columbia, we have lots of mountains, but the views up there were something else. Highly recommend.

Very lovely day trip! Our guide Sven was helpful and had lots of historical facts about the areas we were going and driving through. You receive a map and timing recommendations guidance for how to get back to the bus on time, it made the process very easy and removed the stress of thinking you could get left behind. There are two stops once you’re on Zugspitze, the summit platform and the glacier. Both very cool to explore and have great food and drink options. Highly recommend if you have a day free in Munich.

A wonderful way to experience the zugspitze without wondering about transportation or navigating tickets and hiking nuances. Just be aware that traffic conditions can vary and that while this is not a reflection on the tour itself the return was about 3 hours plus an hour taking the cogwheel train. In the end we would've preferred spending more time hiking and less time on the return.

Beautiful! Great tour guide (Margo)! Amazing views and good restaurant. Thought I would be scared of the height, but not at all.

Went to Zugspitze with friend what a day! The cable car ride was super cool, and the views from the top were amazing. We saw snow even in summer and had lunch with mountains all around. Easy trip from Munich and totally worth it. Great spot for fun, photos, and fresh air!

Great Day Out at Zugspitze. Truly amazing views. Cable Car to summit was awesome as were the second cable car to the Glacier and the Cog Train back down to Eibsee. Guide Sven was friendly and knowledgeable. Very memorable trip. Not a criticism but 45 minutes in Garmisch Partenkichen before heading home would have been a great finish.
