1. Lookout Mountain is a scenic mountain peak located in Golden, Colorado, just 12 miles west of Denver. It rises to an elevation of 7,377 feet and offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including the Rocky Mountains, Denver, and the Great Plains. At the top of Lookout Mountain, visitors will find the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave, which celebrates the life and legacy of one of the West’s most famous figures, William F. Cody, aka Buffalo Bill. The museum showcases artifacts, exhibits, and interactive displays that tell the story of Buffalo Bill’s life as a legendary buffalo hunter, Indian fighter, showman, and entrepreneur. Visitors can also pay their respects at Buffalo Bill’s gravesite, which overlooks the Denver skyline and the mountains beyond. Lookout Mountain also offers hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, and scenic drives.

3. Admission to the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave is $6.00 for adults, $5.00 for seniors, and $4.00 for children (ages 5-12). Children under 5 are free.
