1. Dule Temple, also known as the Temple of Solitary Joy, is a well-preserved ancient Buddhist temple located in Jixian County, Tianjin, China. It is famous for its unique wooden structure, as it is one of the oldest surviving wooden buildings in China dating back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD).

The temple’s main hall, the Mahavira Hall, is supported by huge wooden columns and beams without the use of a single nail. The architectural design of the temple is a stunning example of traditional Chinese wooden construction techniques.

Dule Temple is also home to a large clay statue of the Goddess of Mercy, Guanyin, which is a popular attraction for visitors. The temple grounds are surrounded by beautiful gardens and old trees, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
