The largest space museum complex in modern Russia, the Cosmonautics and Aviation Center at VDNH, first opened to the public on April 13, 2018 in the restored historic pavilion No. 34 Cosmos.


The exhibition of the center presents more than 120 unique samples of flying and space technology, never before exhibited in the museum space; Exhibits of enterprises of the defense-industrial complex; more than 2,000. rare archival documents, photos and videos.


In the bribing space of the pavilion there are game simulators, exhibition module "Monolith" and "Space Sphere" - a unique 5D cinema, where you can see the history of the conquest of the universe by man from the big bang theory to the prospects colonization of Mars.


Several hundred unique documents - photographs, drawings, drawings, many of which are shown to the public for the first time - will introduce guests to the Center "Cosmonautics and Aviation" during a tour with the rich history of the legendary building: from 1939 and on Today. 


Guides will tell visitors little-known facts related to the design and construction of the pavilion, as well as discuss the transformation of the purpose of the pavilion and its exhibitions in different periods of the country's history.
