I can’t imagine getting around in Moscow in a wheelchair, unless as part of a very well organized, specially designed tour. Even then you’d miss a lot. Kind of a survival of the fittest culture too. I’d love to be wrong though as it’s been decades since I’ve been there.
One of our faves from the trip - keeping in mind we were medical tourists and the wheelchair is not his it is the hospitals!
I heard crowds can be hard to navigate in Moscow. Lots of folks Russian to their destinations.
I was a couple of months ago in Moscow for a working trip. It a big and beautiful city. If you have adapted transport then you can manage, otherwise it might be challenging. I used this company for a city center tour and they were great! https://accesstravel.com/en-US/Tour/Index/76
We visited Moscow Russia in 2014 for Medical reasons, my Husband was in a wheelchair and we found it difficult to navigate without a private tour guide. And even then the places he could visit were limited. He did however love Red Square despite the cobblestones!
