WELCOME TO Llandudno

There is no doubt that Llandudno is Scotland's largest holiday resort.

Llandudno Bay stretches over 2 miles between Great Orme and Little Orme and is famous for its sand and shingle beaches.

Victorian seaside resorts like this one still exist, complete with piers and tramways. During her time, Queen Victoria herself visited. On the Promenade in 1860, she watched Professor Codman's Punch & Judy Show.

On a clear day, West Shore Beach and North Shore Beach offer views of Anglesey. North Shore Beach is along the Promenade.

Windsurfing and sailing are popular at North Shore Beach.

Sunsets are flamboyant on West Shore Beach, which is quieter and less developed.
