The experience once in the place was great. The administration around it was a bit poor. We weren't given an explanation fully as to why and where to queue, and so followed everyone else.

We booked this excursion through the Viator app for 10/10/2025, we picked the 8:10 slot for pick up however we were contacted the day before to advise this had changed to 11:30, we had no issues with this. The trip was well organised and included tickets. The tour guide was very professional and respectful throughout.

Very orderly tour, albeit a little rushed. Important to continue to keep this in the forefront of people's minds in the hope of peace one day. Interesting but so sad to hear the stories and try to imagine the horrors suffered

The experience getting there and getting tickets was a 4 and 1/2 hour ordeal. The communication could have been better as to what to expect, etc. The tour itself was emotional and powerful. Our guide, Magda, was amazing. The timing was good for both locations, but we were given little to no time to visit the bookstores! After making us spent over four hours to begin the tour, at least a half hour to buy books would have been nice. After we headed back, emotionally and physically exhausted from a day that began at 3:20am, our driver had to turn around after half an hour from the museum to go back for two passengers he was told to return for! We spent another hour therefore! Great actual tour, disappointing journey to and from it!

The trip was well organised. The tour guide, Lucacz (English tour starting at 7.30am 03.10.35) was very professional, well versed, he also showed the utmost respect and set the scene well, which meant the delivery of the tour was excellent. It was a very enlightening trip. Visiting in person enabled us to get a feel and understanding for the horrors of the history. It gave a new perspective and is something I believe everyone should do at least once.

A thought-provoking tour. The company's communications were very good- the only issue was that because of a strike affecting tour guides our pick-up time was moved from 8:00 to 3:00, which was quite a change! Our driver was great, informative and helpful, and the guide at Auschwitz-Birkenau was excellent- informative and reflective.

Clearly going to Auschwitz Birkenau is a hugely important thing to do to ensure the memory of all those who suffered and died is not forgotten. I booked for 6 people to be picked up from our hotel in Krakow at 10:10hrs. There is the ability to cancel up to 24hrs before hand. So I was somewhat surprised to have a WhatsApp message 10 minutes into the 24hrs telling me that my pick up time was now 03:20hrs due to issues at the Auschwitz Birkenau Museum. To late to cancel we set off at 03:20hrs and arrived at about 05:30hrs to be second in the queue for that morning our tour actually started 08:30hrs. The tour was remarkable very poignant emotional and worth the visit. The organisation however was at best farcical. The Museum does not have enough English speaking tour guides to meet the demand or the slots they have advertised. The local tour companies cannot book tickets in advance from the Museum and so have a race to get to the front of the queue. If the museum had a better relationship with the tour guides and the tour companies were open about the timings customers would be better informed and able to make more informed decisions.

Received pick up time of 4AM within the 24 hour cancellation time, baring in mind we picked a mid day tour. The driver drove to the site in a rush, speeds of 160km/hr (99mhr), tail-gating and texting while driving. We arrived at Auchwitz at 5:30AM when the site doesnt open till 7:30AM. What should be written in the fine print is, this group don’t pre-book tours but make you wake up and arrive at ungodly hour so you’re first in the queue to buy tickets. Recommend booking through the official website in advance In review of the tour, we enjoyed it. Make sure to dress for the cold and rain if you’re going in the colder months.

Excellent, the pick was right on time, the que to get in is large but goes down quickly, the tour was so unbelievably sad but the guide was so knowledgeable, our driver was great and got our lunch ordered ready for heading to the second camp. Super friendly and met a lot of lovely people who were on the same tour from all over the world. Would definitely use them again. Wrap up when going as it’s very cold.
