Really well organised from start to finish. The tour itself was really informative and the transfer was on time both ways

Poor planning from the Viator tour operator making the whole experience more tiring than pleasing . Would prefer another operator

Excellent service from Hello Crakow. Communication was brilliant, text 2 days before then day before confirming timing. Had group of 8 in van, driver was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and felt safe driving. Totally recommend.

This was the best tour of Auschwitz we could imagine. The driver was polite and on time. The only down side was that we didn’t get much time in either location to look at the bookstore (none at the first if you want to grab a bite to eat (the lunch bags they provide if you reserve them in advance are actually tasty). 10 minutes at the second but that included time for the bathroom). But that really was the only downside. The tour was phenomenal - thought provoking, with all the gritty realities you would expect but, at the same time, thoughtful and compassionate. This was one of the most moving tours we’ve ever done (and we have been to Terezin, a concentration camp near Prague).

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking was simple, with a choice of pick up points. I was contacted nearer the time with an exact location and time. We received our tickets and traveled to Auschwitz. The tour guide explained everything clearly about what we did on arrival. We received headsets and the tour guide explained everything thoroughly as we walked around each camp. He spoke from the heart, no script to follow, which showed how passionate he was for educating people about what happened. We went back on the bus to Birkenau where we were shown round the camp. Again, a positive experience from the tour guide. All in an all a fabulous trip made easy by the organisation of the company.

Brilliant tour, knowledgeable guides. Great to have an afternoon pick up rather than an early morning. Very sobering experience, so tragic. Highly recommend to everyone.

Our guide Julia was lovely. The bus was on time, comfortable and efficient. The tour itself was well organised and took the stress out of the trip.

The tour was very good. The customer answered all my questions prior to the event. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip worthwhile.
