Just one bus running, so long waiting for the next bus to arrive. Only one route running instead of 2 on weekdays.

The weather impacted the 3 star rating as it was raining on and off all day. Although it was an open top bus they did have sides that rolled down but the seats were wet. Unfortunately you can’t predict what weather you will get when you book, but it does impact the views. That aside it was a good experience with staff that came round to make sure your earphones worked and you had the correct channel. They gave us plenty of notice of the next stop and what to see there.

Was a useful way to see areas you probably wouldn't if walking. Also useful to stop and explore on foot then onto another bus to move on. But the commentary was at times out of step with the position of the bus. Eg, where was the house Galileo lived in ? Presumably not just a clump of trees that we passed when supposedly passing the house.

The hop on hop off bus tour was easy to locate and the app user friendly. Good to follow the live position of the bus too! Disappointed that only one line was running so I couldn’t go to Fiesole.

Stunning views over Florence. Good value if you can do both routes. It was difficult to find the stops and there were limited buses running, maybe 4 showing on the app so hop on hop off would be challenging. Staff very helpful and friendly

Too few buses and too many people. Staff were great but it was very frustrating waiting a lengthy amount of time between buses which were overcrowded with too many people.

We saw some beautiful locations, but there was a lot of time waiting in traffic. It was easy to hop on and hop off.

There was not enough buses. We ended up walking and paying another tour to take us around. We waited almost an hour for first bus, and it was full twice! Not impressed.
