Only glimpses of north korea from a distance. But that's all you can get these days. Grace to great job explaining everything, providing history and so forth.

We should have been told earlier that it is very hard for a tall person to walk through the tunnel, I myself being only 5 feet 7 inch hit the ceiling multiple times. The hard hat saved me from head injury.

I went on the DMZ trip guided by Sadie. The trip was what I expected meaning a mix of outdoor visits and the highlights which were the tunnel and obsevatory. Sadie was very helpful and friendly and answerwed all inquiries. Nothing to complain about. Recommended if you're in Seoul but it will take up half a day.

Great Experience from Sadie, awesome tour and had a lot to see / do. We went early and didn’t have to wait for any queues, and were able to do as much as we could do.

- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- A current valid passport is required the day of travel.
- A moderate amount of walking through a steep and narrow tunnel involved - Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended
- Participants must be physically fit to walk about 1300 feet (400 meters) at an 11 degree gradient
