We enjoyed our tour with Ali. The car was spacious and clean, and Ali was courteous and accommodating. Although Mt Fuji was being shy, and hiding behind clouds, Ali took us to some interesting sites.

Jamil is wonderful! He helped us design the perfect day to Mt. Fuji & other highlights that we couldn't have done on our own. He reached out the night before to suggest a different time to start which saved us so much time not sitting in traffic. He shared knowledge of the different areas throughout the tour and made the ride very comfortable. We would absolutely do this again!

Jamil was a great guide. He took our family to all the best viewing spots. Too bad the weather prevented us from seeing all of Fuji, but we made the best of it. Thanks Jamil!!

Driver was not very accommodating to our needs. The stops along the route were lovely but the overall experience could have been better due to the dirty/smelly vehicle.

We have a large group of 11 as we planned a day trip to Hakone and Mt. Fuji. We were fortunate enough to have Hassan and Prince take great care of us. They were friendly, professional, and on time. Prince was an excellent tour guide. He knew so much of the history at all the stops we made. Hassan got us around town efficiently and where to park to get us close to all the best sightseeing spots. My family had a wonderful time. Thanks for making it so special. We will never forget this trip. Thank you so much. You guys are the best.

Our day exploring the Mt. Fuji region with our guide, Mani, was nothing short of spectacular. Mani’s enthusiasm, deep knowledge, and warm personality made this adventure a highlight of our trip to Japan. Here’s a rundown of the incredible places we visited and why this experience was so unforgettable. Our journey kicked off with a thrilling speedboat ride on Lake Kawaguchiko. Mani arranged everything seamlessly, and the boat ride offered jaw-dropping views of Mt. Fuji’s majestic peak reflecting on the water. The adrenaline rush combined with the serene beauty of the lake was a perfect experience. Next, we headed to Oishi Park, a gem on the northern shore of Lake Kawaguchiko. The park’s vibrant flower fields framed Mt. Fuji perfectly, creating postcard-worthy views. Mani knew the best angles for photos and even helped us capture some candid shots. The highlight here was the delicious ice cream from a local vendor. The creamy, lavender-infused soft serve was a refreshing treat, and Mani’s recommendation to try it was spot-on. He also shared insights about the local flora, making the stop both scenic and educational. We then visited Oshino Hakkai Village, a charming spot with eight crystal-clear water ponds fed by Mt. Fuji’s snowmelt. The ponds were mesmerizing, with fish gliding through the transparent waters and Mt. Fuji looming in the background. We spent time exploring the souvenir stores, where Mani guided us to authentic, locally made crafts. Our final stop was Lake Yamanakako, the largest of the Fuji Five Lakes. The peaceful atmosphere here was a perfect contrast to the earlier excitement. This Mt. Fuji adventure was a perfect blend of thrill, culture, and natural beauty, and Mani’s expertise elevated it to a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan—especially with Mani as your guide!

We loved the experience overall. The drivers were very proactive in connecting with us a day prior and set the plan. They were extremely supportive, friendly and very flexible throughout the drive.

The drivers were punctual and the vehicles were clean, which made for a comfortable and smooth experience. We visited all the places listed in our itinerary, plus an additional stop, which was a pleasant bonus. However, one aspect of the tour raised serious concerns. An extra person joined us who openly stated he was not affiliated with the company and was only brought along by a friend to “help out” as a tour guide. This individual shared inconsistent stories about his background—claiming at one point to be from South Africa with over 22 years of experience as a guide, which later changed to 15 years. Based on his fluent conversations with the drivers, who were Pakistani, and the way he communicated, my guess is that he was actually from Pakistan as well. He offered very little insight into the places we visited, instead focusing on personal anecdotes and excessive flattery directed toward our family. While his presence might have been well-intentioned, allowing an unofficial and unverified person to join the tour—especially with several children in the group—felt unsafe and unprofessional. Toward the end, he began sharing personal hardships and comments about how little the drivers were paid, none of which we asked for. Despite my advice not to give too much, my parents were moved by his story and gave him a $300 tip. Overall, while the official service was solid, the presence of this unofficial “guide” significantly detracted from our trust and comfort with the tour. I would urge the company to be more cautious about who they allow to accompany their guests.
