Chloe (SeoulCityTour) did a great job introducing the entire trip, providing a cheerful personality on the entire journey. it was an overall good experience and was well paced. do prepare your own snacks/food on the way but there are rest stops along the way as well.

Unfortunately we did not get access to the DMZ zone due to the volume of tourist buses on the day of our trip (100+). We were not offered a refund or an alternative date and instead the guide did her best to make up the time by doing other attractions which were inferior in my opinion. Overall very disappointing.

Sookhee was a fantastic guide. Very informative with excellent English. Gave us a great itinerary and kept us on schedule, but with plenty of time to enjoy every aspect of the day's tour. The whole family learned a lot throughout the day about the history of the DMZ, border and Korean War. The suspension bridge was a wonderful hike. And the Gondola over the DMZ on the North Korean side was really a surreal experience. Communication with Viatour and the pickup spot was fast and clear instructions and ontime.

I recently took a DMZ tour and wanted to share my fantastic experience. The entire tour was exceptionally well-organized from start to finish. Even though our tour fell on the major holiday of Chuseok, the company had a seamless backup itinerary ready, ensuring a fascinating and complete day despite any potential holiday-related closures or changes. A huge highlight was our guide, BK. BK was truly outstanding—incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing the complex and moving history between North and South Korea. Their passion made the historical context come alive and provided deep insights that went beyond the textbook facts. A quick heads-up for future travelers: The weather during my visit was quite warm, reaching about 28 degrees celcius and sunny. Be prepared for some physical activity, as the tour does involve short-duration walks (around 10 minutes each) up moderate hills. Wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the heat, as it can be taxing. Despite the heat and the short climbs, the tour was an incredibly worthwhile and moving experience. If you are looking for a professional, well-managed, and deeply informative DMZ tour, I highly recommend this one!

Mrs Sookie was really sweet, and tried to accommodate since some of us weren't feeling very well tried to explain to the best in an easy comprehensive way.

Absolutely brilliant tour of the DMZ and surrounding area. We went on a stormy Tuesday morning, but the sun came out as the day progressed and the positive attitude from Junie was amazing. The tour was with a small group and did the following: - DMZ including defector talk, third invasion tunnel, unification village and the observation tower. - We also did the memorial to Gloucester soldiers and the suspension bridge The tour is not too intensive for walking, about 20 minutes total throughout the day of uphill walking, the rest is easy and the tour guide helps you through all the steps. I highly recommend this tour, as I said before, Junie was exceptional at both information and history, but as well as making sure we got the best photos and memories from the trip We will be back to see the JSA once it opens again!!! Thank you again
