Overall very good. We would have liked it a little less hectic though. We had just 10 mins at the end of the trip to look at the book store at Birkenau and no time at all to look at the museum shop at Auschwitz as the lunch break was only 10 mins. The guide was knowledgeable and kind but I think his English pronunciation wasn't quite at the level, which made the trip a challenge to listen to for the 2.5/3hrs.

Excellent tour but very overcrowded. Felt as if we were being pushed from behind by other groups. No time to see some very upsetting exhibits with no time contemplate.

We were surprised our pickup was a 'taxi' however, we joined with others after arriving at Auschwitz for the tours. There are two locations that you visit, our order was changed to avoid the crowds. This appeared to be a good decision as we were the only group at the first location. Our guide, Gregory, was knowledgeable but keeps you to a tight schedule in order to see everything. After reading about Auschwitz in so many textbooks it was worthwhile to see the sites in person.

Fantastic service from booking to the actual day itself. The communication was superb, the trip was so smooth and having seen reviews about other tour operators cancelling we were relieved to have selected this one. The visit itself was very well organised and the guide was so informative. The day was quite emotional and something that will stay with you long after.

A very well-organized tour from Krakow by minibus. Everything was smoothly arranged by our driver Arthur, and the guided tour in Auschwitz with Sylvia was excellent. Thank you for a powerful and well-managed experience!

We were very pleased with our experience. Everything went as planned. We were informed the day before, as expected, that we would be picked up at our hotel in Krakow at 6:50 a.m., and the driver was right on time. The van was very comfortable and clean, and we were the first people to be picked up from our hotel. After picking us up, the driver picked up another couple who sat in the front, and then three others, (a gentleman and his parents from Australia) who were seated in the back of the van. We were seated in the seats directly behind the driver. Our driver was very professional and answered all of our questions. When we arrived at Auschwitz, it was raining and our driver gave my husband and I a large umbrella to use. Our driver also told us where his van would be in the parking lot after the first part of the tour at Auschwitz before the second half of the tour at Birkenau. The day before our tour, our tour operator also informed us that there is a break of approximately 10 minutes between the first and second parts of the tour and offered to order a box lunch for us if we wanted. The price of the box lunch was reasonable, and we accepted and we were very glad that we did and that this was offered to us during the break. The lunch was very good and quite large. We could only eat part of it in the van during the break, but most of the rest of it we ate on the drive back to the hotel after the tour. After the break, our driver then drove us to the parking area where the second half of the tour would begin at Birkenau. Again, our driver was extremely helpful and let us know where he would be at the end of the tour. From the parking area to the entrance of Birkenau was a bit of a walk. As for the guided tour at Auschwitz Birkenau, once you arrive at Auschwitz, you are provided a guide who works at Auschwitz. Our English-speaking guide was very good. At Birkenau, there is a lot of walking, and I did feel a bit rushed because the guides have a schedule to keep - approximately 1 1/2 hours each at Auschwitz and Birkenau. But all in all, the tour at Auschwitz was informative and very well done. It is a chilling and overwhelming experience to tour the camps. It is an exhausting day, but we were very fortunate at how smoothly everything went, thanks to our tour operator. Our tour of Auschwitz Birkenau was on September 17, 2025.
