Tour was great. Driver was on time and very attentive. Be aware though that the time on Viator may differ from the time you’ll be picked up. Only after we were within the 24 hr cancellation they reached out saying the 9am tour was actually 1145am therefore we had to change our evening plans. Other than that, I’d recommend.

Amazing tour! Somber, but very necessary to see and remember. Really brings the history to life. Thank you!

Michal was wonderful! Punctual and comfortable transfer. We opted for the lunch and it was a feast! We were very well looked after!

The standard tour plus transportation. It's useful, of course, to avoid contending with getting tickets.

Very insightful tour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job in talking through the past. It was a lot of walking but well worth the visit to pay respect. We were picked up on time, a very well organized trip. We got through the tickets and security area with ease and had hand held devices with headphones so that we could hear the guide throughout the tour.

Bit rushed couldn't see the things you wanted to see as was continually rushed along - lots of walking which was expected, guide was very grumpy. 2 hour wait to go in - despite purchasing tickets in advance. Worth a visit but the guide was a bit disappointing, seemed passionate, but was clock watching continually and a bit annoying. Really spoiled the day - seems its now very commercial and money making - not quite sure what is commercial about genocide or why it should be? Was expecting more - but the fact that you could get a MacDonalds or a Burger King jus down the road destroyed it for me. Tact -Absolutely none but worth visiting - I expected more, authenticity or caring - just didn't seem so.

Fantastic tour. Michel our driver was incredibly friendly. Picked up directly from our air B&B and dropped back again. The tour itself was well organised and informative. The tour guide provided a great level of information at both locations. Well worth booking

We enjoyed the Tour very much! The guides are great and have a lot of information to share with you. We highly recommend them! P.S. The sandwiches from lunch break that we received we’re really good :)

First of all, Michael was 10 minutes early picking us up, which we loved because we were already downstairs. He was super friendly and very informative. He even stopped at two places before the beginning of the tour to actually show us two important sites related to it. Despite the fact that Auschwics is an eerie place to see, it is very important to do so in person. To be a witness of this dark side of history. Thank you, Michael, and your colleague at the museum- Anna?

Great trip, very moving, our driver was lovely & our Tour guide was very informative & delivered the Tour of both sites in a very respectful way. We were kept well informed prior to the trip & the pick up & drop off were great locations (we selected hotel pick up). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this Tour if your thinking of booking.
