It is a LONG day so be prepared! It was very well planned and scheduled. Our drivers were prompt and our tour guides were super knowledgeable.

The whole experience was first class from start to finish. We were picked up on time from our meeting point, and from the start of the tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau to the end of the tour we had a lovely guide who answered any questions we had with knowledge and honesty. The guide described everything as we went round both camps with complete honesty and clarity, which kept the group enthralled from start to finish. This made the whole experience more enjoyable but also very sombre. The visit to the salt mine was an experience we are glad we did. Again the tour guide was first class, and again answered any questions that were asked of her, she kept the group enthralled from start to finish. Well done Viator, give yourself a pat on the back.

Absolutely amazing experience, very detailed and an eye opener, to see everything and to be able to walk it all.

Both Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine visits were good value for money, and well organised. Pick up was well communicated and on time. The driver Michal provided excellent factual information and introductions to both visits during the drive. Auschwitz-Birkenau was very moving and thought provoking about human extreme behaviour. Salt mine visit involved considerable descending of stairs and walking but worth the effort. The driver and English speaking guides were extremely knowledgeable and engaged with everyone. A long day but a must do during visit to Krakow

Be prepared for a lot of walking. Especially at Birkenau & the salt mines. The salt mines were the last stop for the day and sadly my sister's legs gave out half down the mine. Fortunately, they are prepared for such situations and were able to get her a wheelchair and take us up on one of the mine workers lifts. Our driver from MrShuttle was good with communicating with us and provided his mobile number. The only reason for not giving this 5 stars was that the van felt a little cramped.

Long day for sure with a very early start, but is worth it! I think everyone should experience A tour of a Nazi concentration camp in their lifetime. Now more than ever we need reminders of what cruelty humans can inflict upon other humans. This has continued to repeat itself over and over through the entire human history and it can happens again. There is an alarming authoritarian trend around the world that could lead right back to a new cycle of human cruelty. The tour was very well structured and informative. The second half of the day was the salt mines tour which is quite amazing. The size of the mine and the remarkable size of the chambers (e.g the Cathedral!) is stunning! Mr Shuttle did a very good job shuttling us around and coordinating with the specific tour guides and I never felt like we were waiting around must. I would definitely recommend!!
