Uffizi & Accademia: Florence's Hidden Masterpiece VIP Tour

Silvia was amazing, so funny and brought all the tour to life for us! Skip the line tours are the best! Spend a little more for a small group skip the line! Worth every penny!

Our tour of both the Accademia and Uffizi was fantastic, and guide Debora was an absolute font of information and details that we couldn't have heard otherwise. She did a great job of guiding the group around, making sure we stuck to time, and helping us intelligently navigate the museums. Contrary to what the TripAdvisor page says, the tour ended in the Uffizi and we were free to continue exploring on our own time, which was greatly appreciated. Overall the tour is a fantastic way to see the highlights of both museums in a predictable set of time. The one constructive feedback I'd give to the company (not Debora's fault) is the headsets they give you seem a little old and the volume settings are not great--setting it at zero was too low, and going up one notch to Volume 1 was a huge jump and almost too loud. I really wish I could have set the device to somewhere between "too quiet" and "bordering on painfully loud" and ended up having to awkwardly wedge the earbuds at an angle to make it work. If the company updated to something more modern and/or better designed it would remove the only negative we experienced on this tour.

Silvia was an outstanding tour guide, I was blown away by her knowledge of history & art! You can easily spend hours in the Uffizi gallery but we went through all of the main works. Highly recommend!

Anna was fantastic- the tour was well paced and very interesting. Never felt rushed and the backgrounds on the art added so much to the experience.

Oct 2025 Office was easy to find with instructions and plenty of room to sit and wait inside prior. The excursion should be called Renaissance Painters and Sculptures. 75% of the excursion focused on Michelgelo, Leonardo, Botticelli and a few others. Our guide focused on certain works in that time period. The other 25% was some Florence history and the Medici Family. If you love art and want an art lesson with some of the most beautiful Renaissance paintings then it is so worth it. The standing in one spot for periods of time listening about art was harder then the walking. Both the Accademia and Uffizi were packed with people and yes even skip the line was a wait as well, but it was probably still faster. The 1 to 1.5 hours in the Uffizi was just a fraction of the time you need, but you can stay and enjoy more of the Gallery if you like. Just beware 4 hrs standing mostly in one spot with no sitting can be exhausting. Plan another day just for the Uffizi if you want to see the other 75% of it. Overall the price was steep, but the art prescriptive was worth in.

Phenomenal experience to finally see artistic masterpieces in person. Our guide Sylvia was outstanding. 5 stars + more. She was so very knowledgeable, professional and just a joy to be around. It is quite difficult to guide a group from the Accademia through the streets of Florence and finishing at the Uffizi. This tour exceeded my expectations

Guide was great but there was issue with tickets that tour operator issued & resulted in at least a 1 hour wait for a "Skip The Line" exoerience.

Our guide Stefanie was very good however Viator should not advertise this tour as “skip the line”. We had to wait over an hour to get into Uffizi Gallery. Once in, Stephanie gave a great tour and was very knowledgeable but the wasted time was disappointing. The ear pieces used to hear the guide were at times crackling with static, but over all lots of interesting information.

On time, professional, and friendly. Anna, our guide, a delight! She handled circumstances out of her control with composure and tact. We waited over an hour to be admitted - poorly managed system of entry into the museum. Too many people trying to gain admission. Was Fabulous, once we were admitted! Anna enriched the visit with her personal stories and knowledge of the history.

There were still significant waits in both lines, so be aware. Our tour guide was ok, with all the down time in line, I would expect more history and explanation of Florence or what we would be seeing in the museum. Our tour was generally less engaged than I would have liked.
