Sherie and Billy were awesome and really knew their information. They picked my husband and I up 15 minutes early. It was just my husband and I on our tour so we really felt like royalty. Would book again!

They said they picked up in buffalo ny and didn't. They notified e late the night before. I Had to get a Uber and it cost me 80.00 more which j feel the should refund me. They knew as soon as I booked it. If I knew I could have gone with a different tour grip. Viator booked it for me and also told me they would pick up from my buffalo hotel.

Joel was our guide and we really enjoyed his stories. He knew exactly what to do and didn't waste any time getting us to the sites. But he also gave us time to shop in the gift store. If you want a seamless experience, I highly recommend this tour package.

Had the most amazing experience with this tour group. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable about the history and geology of the falls. Was shown the best views of both falls. Highly recommend!

Angela was our guide, she was amazing. She told us all of the wonderful spots not to miss. Maid of the Mist tour is our Favorite and already plan to return soon.

My husband and I ended up being the only ones on the tour. Our guide was fantastic! My husband and I have different physical abilities and she made sure I got to walk the sites and he has good views with less steps. She drove us to a great spot to grab lunch for the remainder of our tour. She was outstanding as a tour guide.

A small group Boutique Tour is absolutely the way to go! We had a three hour drive to Niagara in the morning, met our Guide in a convenient parking lot (they pick up from hotels too) and we were off. With the drive back we could only spend 1/2 a day at Niagara. This tour and our guide took care of everything from where to go, the necessary tickets, what to do first, the flow of the entire experience. And of course, the added history and information the guide provided about the Falls was fantastic. It was stress free for us, no confusion, and perfect. We just followed, listened, looked and enjoyed. And of course the guide allowed us to linger where ever we wanted. A fantastic day for sure!
