Breathtaking Mekong Delta Cruise: 8-Hr Ho Chi Minh Escape

We had such a great time on this group tour! The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. Our guide Thanh was super friendly, spoke excellent English, and gave really interesting and clear explanations throughout the trip.

I had a wonderful time with Thanh as our guide. Thanh was incredibly thoughtful and took care of all the details, making the day feel well-organized and relaxed. The pace was just right — never rushed, never too slow. The itinerary offered a great mix of transportation: car, tuk tuk, river boat, and sampan, which added variety and fun to the experience. The fruit and lunch exceeded my expectations, with a delicious selection of local produce and cuisine. I highly recommend this tour — and especially Thanh as your guide.

Today my wife and I went on the Ho Chi Minh Mekong Discovery Tour. It was hosted by Tan, who was absolutely brilliant, very good communicator and full of good humour. Our fellow travellers were all English speakers like us, and we all had a great time listening to Tan telling us about the history of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and the Mekong area. The drive to Mekong from Ho Chi Minh City was approximately 1.5hrs, which passed quickly while watching the city views changing to a more rustic outlook. The tour included the boat trip on the Mekong, visiting several islands with unique offerings, a "Lamborghini" Tuk-tuk ride, a quiet and serene canoe ride, plus snacks on the Islands and a delicious 5? course lunch including a large deep-fried fish (which was fantastic!), vegetarian rosties and tasty sauces

We had a truly lovely trip! Everything was well-organized from start to finish, and Nina made the experience unforgettable. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always attentive to every detail. Her passion for what she does really shows, and she shared so many interesting stories and insights throughout the journey. We felt very well taken care of the entire time and enjoyed every moment. The itinerary was perfectly balanced between sightseeing, relaxation, and learning about the local culture. I would strongly recommend Nina to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable trip. Was a great trip to get a view into the culture of the Mekong Dekta. Nancy also explained a lot details around the culture and gave suggestions for places to visit in Vietnam. The food was also plenty and quite good. Definitely would book again.
