Time on the lake close to nature was idyllic and the old way of life gave a great contrast to the distant cityscape of Valencia. Paella lakeside at Nou Raco was great. Guide was very good and keen to show us his region and explain the history. However, getting to see small villages was okay but did feel like filling in time while awaiting the boat ride.

The Riua Restaurant in Valencia has a very good rating on the “The Fork” page and, it turns out that on February 22, my mother and I went to celebrate my birthday with a good seafood paella in this center. What was my surprise, that when I tasted it, the salt was excessive. The attention was not of a very good score either. Come on, I would take away a few points since, for me, it does not reach the value they give it on the website. Thank you
