Unforgettable Mt Fuji: Private Charter with English Driver

Our driver Emon really went above and beyond for the 4 of us for the day! He made perfect suggestions for lunch, photo spots, and sightseeing options (although we didn’t have time to see it all). He was also right there to pick us up as soon as we finished our activities and at the end of the night even drove us to the JR station to pick up our train passes. Because he was so courteous, professional, and timely, we had a wonderful trip to see Fuji! Thank you for a wonderful day!

This personalised Mt Fuji tour with our wonderful guide Akon will be a lasting memory. The clean fresh air and stunning views at the 5th station Mt Fuji combined with the spectacular views of all the colours of the trees in autumn during our drives were awesome. Akon is an incredible guide and driver who was very easy to talk with and very smart who was able to answer all our questions. We left as friends and he was the reason this was such an amazing tour to such a peaceful and beautiful place.

The tour exceeded our expectations! Zeeshan was our guide and was knowledgeable and personally guided us through the different locations. He even got us a great spot Mt Fuji that was not overly crowded and we were able to take great pictures. I highly recommend this tour and if you are able to request Zeeshan you should!

Hyde was our private guide and driver. Most important thing is how we vibe with our guide and at the end of this tour.. he was our friend. I have to say how caring and patient he was. He knew I had a fear of heights so he came with us and slowly walked with me the 400 steps and steep hills too see the shrine. Which was worth it. So thankful for him. So respectful, we felt safe with him. The tour was amazing. We took so many pictures or mount fuji. The lake was beautiful..best spot to see mount fuji. Loved the 8 ponds.. make sure u bring cash .. only cash in those stores and food carts. Will come back again. !!

Our tour with Shera was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was so gentle and kind, and he paid close attention to every little detail — always making sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying ourselves. You could tell he genuinely cared about us, not just as guests, but as people. Shera went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the day. He was patient, thoughtful, and protective, which made us feel completely at ease the entire trip. His calm and caring energy made the experience feel personal and unforgettable. He took us to Mount Fuji and Hakone, showing us the most beautiful spots, sharing insights, and giving us plenty of time to take in the views. Every stop felt perfectly planned, yet relaxed — never rushed, always meaningful. If I ever come back and am thinking about booking a tour, I will ask for Shera. He doesn’t just drive — he creates memories you’ll hold on to forever.

Shera was simply the best! We’re normally DIY travelers, but his professionalism and service absolutely justified booking this trip. We coordinated with him via WhatsApp the day before and again the morning of our Mt. Fuji tour. Because of the uncertain weather, we planned two possible itineraries, and Shera was extremely helpful, flexible, and accommodating throughout. He’s knowledgeable, calm, and great with kids — our two are still talking about how nice he was! Even though we customized parts of the trip ourselves (including a family onsen stop and a speedboat tour at Lake Kawaguchi), Shera offered excellent input and made everything smooth and enjoyable. The car was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. He was on time, polite, and genuinely pleasant to spend the day with. Despite the clouds, Shera’s positivity and professionalism made our Mt. Fuji tour the highlight of our Japan trip (even though we only saw the tip of My Fuji). Shera is the best! Highly recommend.

Our driver and guide Bek made our trip so wonderful. He arrived early in a beautiful car and asked about how we wanted the day to proceed. He then did everything to make our dream vacation come true. Even though Mount Fuji was fogged in he drove us carefully to the top and we had a lovely hike together, in the misty forest. He made our trip perfect for our needs and anticipated our desires. I felt like we all made a new friend the interaction was so natural.We had so many more interesting experiences than the trip originally offered!

We had an excellent day travelling around Fuji and Hakone. Our driver, Akon was friendly, funny and spoke excellent english. Unfortunately it was a bit cloudy so we opted to change our schedule away from the 5th station. It was such an easy process, as Akon was able to private good recommendations for alternative locations which were perfect. Despite the weather, we were able to see Fuji through the clouds at Hakone on the cable car ride. There was a bit of a line but definitely was worth it to get that iconic view.

Lucked out with a relaxed day with various views of Fuji. Our trip was made amazing by our driver Akon!!! Loved him-great knowledge of the area but plus super funny and relatable when answering all of our random questions.
