Shanghai's Iconic Journey: Water Town, Bund & Yu Garden

Sasa is an excellent guide. We spent an enjoyable day with her in Shanghai. Sasa was friendly and very helpful ...she is very knowledgeable about the city and pleasant to be with.

If you're visiting Shanghai for the first time, Juliet is a great guide to have. She is not only well informed about the city's history and its sights, but she's also very friendly, energetic and kind. She is very flexible and accommodating, has a very sweet and outgoing personality and is very easy to get along with. The schedule was very organised, but never felt rushed. We had time for scenic pictures and exploring and Juliet made every effort to answer everyone's queries and concerns, if any arose. I happily recommended her as your guide if you're in Shanghai.

Had a wonderful day being shown around Shanghai with Sasa, who took me to The Bund, museum, river cruise, private garden and more. She is a great guide, helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a great tour with our guide Helen. Everything went smoothly from the hotel pick up to the hotel drop off. Helen guided us through the beautiful Yu Garden after which we had some free time to explore the adjacent shops. Then we were driven to the Bund area for an hour long boat tour on the Huangpu river. Lunch was included at a very nice Chinese restaurant and we finished the day with some time in the Shanghai museum. An excellent day out with a very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this tour.

Our day tour in Shanghai was a great experience and Juliet was an excellent guide. She was very informative and we enjoyed our time with her. The restaurant for lunch she chose was delicious and very reasonably priced. A great way to experience Shanghai in a day.

We had a wonderful trip to Shanghai! Our accommodations were amazing. We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in the center of the city. We enjoyed a tour of Shanghai Tower which had an incredible view of the city. Day cruise, beautiful lunch, tea tasting and shopping helped round out our first day. The second day we made a drive to the famous Tongli Water Town. What a history lesson to be had! The most incredible lunch with tea and live music was had at a local restaurant. A peaceful and much needed relaxing day. Our tour guide Bonnie was a gracious host with vast knowledge about both Shanghai and China. Our stay in Shanghai was a highlight of our China trip!

We spent two days with Helen and could not have been more pleased. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and informative regarding the history and culture of Shanghai and made sure we saw all the important sights. She was always considerate of our interests and made sure our trip was as comfortable as possible. Travel China did an excellent job with arrangements and the prepaid meals were delicious and always more food than we could eat. Highly recommend this company and Helen
