Yes I had a great tour and Alice is an excellent guide. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I have some mobility problems and she helped me to participate fully and safely. 5 out of 5 stars. The driver was also very helpful and punctual.

My wife and I did a personal guided tour today with Sammi, and it was absolutely incredible! She spoke clear English, was extremely knowledgeable, and made every stop so much more enjoyable with her insights and stories. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about giving her guests the best experience possible. If you’re thinking about doing a private guided tour of Shanghai, I highly recommend this one — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Sammi as your guide!

This was a fantastic tour. I booked this for my elderly parents who can not navigate and speak Chinese for their trip. The staff who owned the tour were so helpful and ensured my parents were picked up at their hotel, enjoyed a private tour around the city, and dropped them off at their hotel. My dad even said it was the highlight of their trip to Shanghai! 10/10 would recommend.

Lea took us on an interesting tour, giving us lots of information and insights. Fascinating trip which we both very much enjoyed. We particuarly liked visiting the Old Town.

We booked this tour of Shanghai with a customizable itinerary. We wanted to see what we hadn't seen on a previous trip. We were very satisfied. Our guide, Lea, showed up at the hotel on time. After agreeing on the itinerary, we were welcomed in an excellent, exclusive van. The guide was professional, thorough, extremely polite, kind, and courteous. We saw everything we had set out to see within the agreed-upon time. The driver was also courteous and always prompt. Overall, an excellent experience.

Sammi was the best tour guide and the four hour VIP tour was fully tailored to our needs. Sammi was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She accommodated our pace and what we wanted to see and adjusted as we went along on our tour. The tour ended at an amazing hidden authentic Chinese restaurant that was included and incredible! Worth the money spent and driver was efficient and held our bags safely too. We would book them again.

Robert was a great guide! He was full of great information and details, and he was very helpful throughout the tour, even providing water and snacks! I’d highly recommend.
