Cliffs of Moher & Galway: Epic West of Ireland Day Tour from Dublin

My driver/guide, Derek, was amazing! Tour made it way easier to see the attractions rather than planning it myself. Definitely recommend this tour and this company.

Richard was insightful, hilarious, thoughtful, and entertaining. He made the entire trip and experience. When we come back, we're asking for Richard. Recommendation: sit in the front of the bus so you can see what Richard is pointing out. Also the left side of the bus you can see the water/west side.

Great day and tour. Kevin was so nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable about everywhere we went. I enjoyed the additional stops that other tours didn’t offer.

If you want to see the beautiful Ireland then this is a must trip. You get to see all the beautiful Greenery and small towns and of course Cliff of Moher. Very organized trip. Its a very looooong day but 100% worth it.

First of all, the driver for our all day tour was friendly and very knowledgeable. Seeing the Cliffs of Moher was fantastic, the Irish country side, and Galway was altogether a decent outing. However, being with 50 plus people can be problematic and reduce the overall experience. We experienced people coming back to the bus late at every stop which slowly ate away at our time at other parts of the trip. In fact, instead of spending 2 hours in Galway we only got 45 minutes which was hardly enough time. I believe this experience would have been much better with a smaller group. 13 hours is a long time for a tour that does not fulfill all of its promises. If you’re confident to drive on the opposite side of the road I would highly recommend renting a car and hitting the coast at your own pace and stopping when you want and not worrying about getting back to the bus on time. If you want a guided tour and have the endurance for an all day tour, this may be the right experience for you.

This was a great tour! Kevin was an entertaining tour guide and kept us on schedule. The main point of the tour - the Cliffs of Moher - were stunning. We also packed in the Burren (a limestone preserve with cool vistas), lunch at a cute roadside pub, and Galway. We got back to Dublin on time as expected, and had two rest stops. The only thing the operators might want to consider for the future is lunch and free time in Galway; we didn’t have much time there. But loved it - definitely recommend!

We had such a great day travelling and sight seeing!! Each stop was great and the weather worked out! Kevin was awesome!! He shared lots of facts!

Took this tour with Irish Day Tours & we had a wonderful time! It was a comfortable ride the whole time & the driver was knowledgeable about a lot of stuffs regarding the tour. The views were breathtaking! Love the Cliffs of Moher! We stopped for lunch at this quaint restaurant on our way to Galway & the food was good! Although we were only there for 45 minutes but it was a good sit down lunch. The Galway stop was fun. Got to visit a pub with my husband & I got my coffee from the coffee place next door. The sweater shop I visited was so lovely & the streets were just bustling with people! The tour was, overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Kevin was a fabulous driver and guide. He had patience, humor, kindness, and he was a wealth of information along the drive to the Cliffs, Doolin, and Galway. He made our trip to Ireland absolutely worthwhile. The views were stunning and breathtaking. I highly recommend the trip. Seeing the countryside like that was incredible. I felt like I had been moved back in time to Jane Eyre days! Wonderful experience.

Bus Driver #10 was fantastic in his driving skills and history as we drove to each destination. The Cliffs of Moher in itself is worth the trip!
