We had such a great experience with Xin as our guide and Xi as our driver. We felt very cared for, and Xin was knowledgeable and very helpful with pictures and shopping. We would absolutely recommend them!

A 5 star rating isn’t enough to describe this awesome tour. From the detailed planning and communication with Alana, and my wonderful tour guide, Ling; what a great first day in Shanghai! Ling was so warm and welcoming. She was even so gracious to take so many pics of me since I was traveling solo. We had the best lunch by the lake. The food was scrumptious. It felt like having lunch with a friend. The highlight of the tour was definitely Zhujiajiao Water Town. Our driver was so great at navigating and the Tesla was a nice surprise. I will take this tour again with my family. Thank you, Ling for making my first day so special :)

What a fantastic day to spend in Shanghai. Especially if you’re short on time and want to see the highlights. Blair our tour guide was fabulous and catered to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful tour with our guide Snow. Snow was so warm and welcoming to our family , my husband , mother , 2 kids ( 8 and 11) and me. She adapted the tour very well to suit the day , weather and our interests. We learnt a lot about Shanghai and really enjoyed our time with Snow - we had great conversations with her fantastic English. She was flexible and mindful of both children and adults in the group. The day exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Snow for such a memorable day in Shanghai.

Communication is great and extremely helpful. It was a very personal experience, our tour guide Judy was very knowledgeable and offered everything we wanted without us needing to ask. An experience more then expected. We were left with a richer understanding of Shanghai.

It's was a fantastic day tour with our guide Snow, with travel included. We started the day with a trip up the Shanghai Tower to get a panoramic view of the city. Then on to the Yu Yuan garden for a walk along the river. We finished at Water Town for lunch and a gondola ride with a fantastic sunset viewing.
