Dive Between Continents: Silfra's Crystal Waters Snorkel & Photos
You'll arrive at Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Once there, you'll take a short journey through the volcanic, moss-laden fields of the park. Here, you will listen as your friendly and experienced PADI Divemaster guide. Later, you'll receive all of the necessary equipment for snorkeling in Silfra, including neoprene hoods and gloves, a thermal drysuit, snorkel and fins. The equipment will keep you buoyant throughout your time in the fissure, as well as offering a protection against the water. Once in the water, your eyes will meet the incredible shades of blue so prevalent in the fissure, as well as the natural under-water flora canyon walls. As you are swimming you will have the opportunity to swim across continents, as you will be switching back and forth from the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. After the tour GoPRO pictures will be sent to you by email for free.

While at first I was apprehensive about how cold the water was; it was cold…. But it was so worth it. We went on a day was very cold and windy. I would recommended and when we come back I would do it again.

We had a great experience with Marcello. He was very informative and patient with us. He was fun and lighthearted. It was something we’ll never forget. Getting into the gear was a bit overwhelming because we didn’t expect it to be so tight, but they were all very understanding and worked with us .

Well organized and fun tour, approximately 40mins in the water, which was more than enough. I had a very friendly and knowledgeable guide Kevin and I would recommend booking with Troll.is in the future

Incredible experience with our wonderful guide (Mike)! Made us feel safe all the way, great sense of humour and excellent photographer. Views between the plates are stunning, with crystal clear water - a fantastic and unique experience!

Mike was fantastic!! What an experience. The tour was well run and I can’t recommend it enough! The temp of the water was intimidating, but the adrenaline had me not noticing.

A unique and breathtaking experience. All the tour-guides were very kind. Kevin in particular was very informative and helpful. He went the extra mile to explain everything in everyone’s native tongue. Very attentive!

Simply amazing experience that i would not hesitate to do again. Instructors are very knowledgable and helpful, getting you in and out of all of the kit needed. Lots of information given before yoy get in the water so you know whats goong to happen. And then the snorkelling itself is incedible, crystal clear (if very cold) water, gentle pace, and a little time at the end to swim on the lagoon if you arent frozen. Shout out to our guide Marcello <3
