Had some time to spare, glad we took the tour. It was amazing seeing the living spaces and to.learn about the rich history of the longest severing battle ship.

It is an excellent facility to visit. Many helpful volunteers who are friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to navigate wheelchair friendly. Food and gift shop available.

Absolutely fabulous exhibit. Well maintained. Something for all ages. Live being able to wander round. Top deck with aircraft is amazing. The volunteers are so knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

It was great. The tour signs were very helpful. I would loved to bought a souvenir, but like most gift shops too expensive.

This museum is something you should definitely experience! It's a perfect family activity. The staff is friendly and everything is very well displayed and explained. Perfect learning and photo opportunities ! We loved it.

Wonderful museum! Take your time, lots to see. Took over 4 hours to see everything and we could have probably spent another hour but had other arrangments.

Very interesting. Great having people who have served on board, lots of facts and personal stories. Allow 3 to 4 hours to see everything.

Exhibits were well marked and interesting I very much appreciated all of the hard working docents. They told stories reflecting personal experiences that helped the Mudway come to life.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Complimentary, loaner wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Elevator access from Navy Pier onto the ship, from the hangar deck down to the second deck and up to the flight deck
- Approximately 60 percent of the museum’s exhibits are wheelchair accessible.
- Narrated video tour of all museum exhibits is shown continuously in the hangar deck
- Parking is available adjacent to Midway for an additional fee through Ace parking.
- HOURS ARE 10AM TO 5PM HOWEVER LAST ADMISSION IS 4PM.
