El Cielo Cozumel: Transformative Starfish Paradise Snorkel Tour

Highly recommend! It was a great time even with kids! We would do it again for sure! The crew were so professional and fun!

I had a love/hate with this trip. Firstly, we got picked up 30 minutes late.. When we finally got picked up, we sat on the bus for awhile and drove to a gas station where we were transferred to another bus. Our tour guide was a complete disaster. When we arrived to the Ferry to Cozumel he made us all go wait in this horrendous line, and then disappeared for the duration of our wait in the line. (Before he disappeared he gave us ham and mayonnaise sandwich’s for breakfast) We were all concerned about how we were going to get on the Ferry. He shows back up in the Knick of time. He didn’t give us any instructions of where to go. When we arrived at Cozumel we followed someone we recognized since we didn’t know the meeting place. He eventually shows up and we wait there for almost an hour because someone in the group was lost (probably due to lack of directions). This hour we waited was in the direct sunlight. We finally got sent away in taxi’s while he waited for the lost tourists. We were sent only with a name. So we start searching around for this person and find their mother.. She takes half of us to a small boat where we met our Captain. This is where the trip got mostly better. It was a 40 minute ride on the boat, but his boat was having problems and died over and over on our way to the reef. We ended up having to get rescued to get to go back. Snorkeling was amazing and beautiful as everyone knows. When we were done they took us to a restaurant where we met up with our disaster tour guide. I was served enchiladas with so many bones in the chicken, I couldn’t eat it. After this, we waited around for a big taxi and he couldn’t find one so he sent us to the ferry in small groups, again with no instructions. So basically Cozumel was beautiful but the guide and the process was awful.

Great time despite running into delays with the pick up and a stalled engine on the boat. The guide and boat crew were attentive and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. The locations visited were incredible.

Mal organizado. Nos citaron 8 am en punto de partida y traslado y organización de todos los grupos hasta el puerto de salida en Cozumel tomó 4 hrs. Mala comida para el precio El mismo Tour lo consigues hasta 30% más barato directamente en Playa del Carmen Los arrecifes son bellísimos y si se deben de visitar pero quizás hay mejor y más organizado alternativa

Fue una experiencia única que jamás olvidaré, es una belleza que nos da la naturaleza, quiero agradecer a Julio, Gerardo Vega y Armando nuestros guías por hacer tan excelente su trabajo, todo fue muy muy agradable, lo haría de nuevo , gracias y no dejen de hacer esta gran experiencia! Lo amaran

Sin duda Cozumel es una de las islas más hermosas de nuestro país ! , agua cristalina , arenas blancas y distintos tonos azules en el mar. ! Para conocer la isla te recomiendo rentar una moto y darle toda la vuelta para sentirte parte de ella ! Pero lo más importante y lo que debes hacer es ir al cielo “” de llama asi ya que ahí habitan las estrellas de mar . Deberás rentar una lancha o un tour para llegar a la zona , recuerda que las estrellas de mar NO SE TOCAN, asi mismo evita ponerte bloqueadores que dañan el ecosistema , protege tu piel después de sumergirte en todas las actividades ! Cuidemos a las especies ! Visitar Cozumel y estar en el cielo es algo que si o si debes hacer en tu siguiente visita !

Una isla increíble, tan tranquila y con el agua super clara, se veían tortugas, rayas y otros animales, es un paraíso este lugar. La gente muy amable al atendernos, la agencia muy segura. Me atendió Emma y su trato fue muy bueno. Se pueden tomar muy buenas fotos. El snorkel me encantó! 100% recomendado
