Unforgettable D-Day Normandy: Beaches & Sacrifice Tour from Paris

Great tour with Steve. He had some cancellations, so it was just my husband and I. We felt comfortable all day and he gave lots of insight that the books don't. If we go back we will do this tour again! Thanks Steve!

Nicholas was really a great guide and he knew his history plus he is an excellent driver. Really found the trip to Normandy a humbling experience to see where so many sacrificed for our freedoms today.

Our guide Zoltan did a great job throughout the day. It was disappointing to find out when we arrived for the tour that we had been attached to another tour group/company than who we had booked with. This made our small group tour considerably larger and after chatting with others on the tour we discovered we had paid substantially more for the same experience as everyone else. I would probably suggest that if the tour company can’t fulfill the booking and attach you to another company they should refund the difference in price. If your meeting point changes it is likely you are touring with a different company to this one that you are booking.

Steve did an exceptional job. Great overviews during the entire trip. Great balance for history buffs as well as the novice. He was most knowledgeable and willing to share info and answer questions. Covered a lot of ground with a well paced tour. Not to be missed

Steve did a wonderful job coordinating and leading out trip from Paris to thr Normandy beaches. He offered great insight and compelling backstory for our bus ride. The coach was comfortable and we had ample stops for bathroom breaks. He offered clear directions for how we would stay at each location, which was appreciated. Our buffet lunch was a lovely experience we both appreciated. Would definitely recommend Steve and The French Experience to anyone considering the full day trip from Paris. Well worth it!

Memorable trip! Beautiful locations. Enjoyed sneaking in the amazing museum during lunch. The cemetery and art and landscape gave me chills. I cannot imagine.
