Great experience. While it was late in the season for whales we were lucky enough to see several whales. I went out twice - 2 days apart. First trip came upon the whales immediately. Second trip it took some time but the tour operators went out of their way to find whales for us.

Old mate the skipper found the whales straight away and was very pleasant to listen to with a deep understsnding about whales

Amazing trip we saw some whales breaching lots of tail flapping and the crew were fun friendly and we learned so much . Great small fast boat , I will go again next year ! Thanks team ♥️

We could not recommend Jake and Jake (the skipper and deckhand) enough. They are very professional, giving us a safety talk before we left and ensuring everyone was comfortable, which they continued to do throughout the trip. They lent me a spray jacket which was helpful, although the weather was so lovely I didn’t really need it. We saw both whales and a pod of super cute dolphins, but even if we hadn’t, it would have been a great trip. Jake, the skipper was very knowledgeable about all things whale and a great “driver” too!

This is a must do experience, great way to spend a few hours! We were lucky enough to see two hump back whales, plenty of tail slapping. The crew were excellent and very safe! Thanks guys!

We were lucky enough to see whales breaching, with beautiful calm water . Tour guides were lovely and very informative! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

Crew was an absolute 10/10, made sure everyone had a good time. We saw loads of whales and even a calve, Will deffo recommend to my friends!

we saw dolphins, one lonely turtle and lots of whales (mum and babies). Some breaching and doing the tail slap. It was a nice calm day highly recommend

Fantastic morning whale watching - lots of whales, excellent commentary and fun “donuts”! Many thanks to Jack & Izzy - highly memorable experience

Our tours depart from The Wharf Mooloolaba, 123 Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba, QLD, 4557. PARKING: - There is free 4-hour parking available at The Wharf complex. - Please note, parking is limited, please leave yourself ample time to secure a car park as it can get very busy. BEFORE YOU TRAVEL: - Prior to arrival, please ensure all guests travelling have completed a participation waiver. https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/coastalexpress/ - If there are multiple people on your booking, please forward this confirmation email to the remaining party members so they can complete the waiver. WHERE TO FIND THE BOAT: - Our vessel departs from the jetty on the river side of the Wharf complex behind the Rice Boi restaurant. - You can enter The Wharf complex at the main entrance (between Flo's Crêperie and Fudgees Lolly Shop), or through the alleyway (where Kenilworth Bakery & Local Social Café are located) and walk straight through the courtyard towards to river you will arrive at the jetty. - There is also a directory located at the main entrance at The Wharf complex.
