Unvergesslicher Wein & Gourmet-Genuss: Platten & Dessert-Tour

Wir wurden am morgen pünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt. Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe, welche an diesem Tag die Verkostung besuchte. Karen, unsere Reiseleiterin führte uns zu 3 verschiedenen Weingüttern, wo es zwischen drei und fünf verschiedenen Weinen zum probieren gab. Bei jedem Weingut wurde uns etwas zu den verschiedenen Weinen erzählt. Zum Schluss wurden wir rechtzeitig zur Fähre gebracht, welche uns zurück nach Auckland brachte. Eine sehr schöne Tour mit schönen Weingütern, danke Karen für due Tour auf der Insel.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Erfahrung mit Waiheke Wine Tours! Mein Verlobter und ich waren zwei Wochen auf der Nordinsel und suchten eine Weintour für uns beide. Wir sind online auf WWT gestoßen, und als keine der Standardtouren unseren Anforderungen entsprach, wurde nur für uns zwei eine maßgeschneiderte Tour angeboten. Sharon war ein fantastischer Führer mit tonnenweise Ortskenntnissen über die Insel. Sie brachte uns in 4 verschiedene Weinberge, die alle hervorragende Weinproben und köstliche Häppchen boten. Würde es wärmstens empfehlen, bei WWT zu buchen, wenn Sie eine Weintour während Ihres Aufenthalts in Betracht ziehen!

Really enjoyed the tour. The vineyards we went to were really nice. The food/platter we got was really good. The olive oil tasting was great and the venue was really new and modern. Debbie was really nice, friendly and funny.

Great tour and Sharon our tour guide gave us a great taster of the beautiful Waiheke island. Our adult son would have liked more bread with his lunch platter but that was the only minor complaint.

Absolutely incredible! The weather was a tad wet at the start as winter has just kicked off but that absolutely should not stop you. Every stop was so incredibly scenic. The wines and the lunch stop were perfect and we learnt so much about the wine and olive oil making process. An absolute must do! Karen our guide made it a 10/10 day

Our guide Debbie was great, and being an island resident was able to share her passion and knowledge of Waiheke. The wineries, Heke Brewing and olive oil tasting were devine, and it was great to sample a variety of different products rather than just wine. Each location offered stunning views, and the tour was well worth it. The tour van was modern and very comfortable. The tour finishes in Oneroa and it is well worth taking a later ferry back to Auckland to give you more time to explore the town rather than trying to make the 4:15pm ferry. Better yet, stay overnight on the island as there is so much to see and do. A day trip simply is too short. If you only have a day, then this tour is a great way to get a sample of what it offers.

This was a very nice tour. First stop was Mudbrick for a tasting of several wines. Then off to The Heke for a spirits tasting. You could also choose beer instead of spirits. The gin and whiskey were fantastic. You could also pay for attentional tastes or drinks. Then we went to Stonybrook and had a glass of wine and a charcuterie platter to share between the two of us, which was included. I bought an additional glass. Finally, there was an olive oil tasting. It was a very pleasant day, despite wind on the island. The island itself is beautiful and Karen was a very thoughtful guide.

Kaz was a great tour guide who was very knowledgeable & passionate about Waiheke Island. We visited some lovely wineries, a gin & whiskey distillery, tasted amazing food & sampled a variety of olive oils with individual, distinctive tastes. We highly recommend this tour!

What a fabulous day! Tour Guide Grant was such a great guide. My husband and I had the most memorable day learning about wine, beer, olive oil and the Waiheke community. This is the best tour we have had in 5 years and we travel frequently. This is a day we will be talking about for years to come. A real memory maker for sure! We had to depart a little early to make an unexpected meeting and Grant was very accommodating and so professional and fun.

Grant was such a cool host. Such fun. Great tasting of lots of different things from wine to gin, whisky and then olive oil. Great sounds. Such a great day
