Es war sehr toll und das Museum ist cool aber für Kinderwagen ist es sehr komisch weil da muss Mann den Aufzug benutzen und dass nervt

Das Setup war ziemlich einzigartig. Es war eine Kombination aus Kunst und Kleidung, die die gesamte Tour ausmachte. Sie erhalten einige Einblicke, wie Swarovski entstanden ist, sowie einige der Schlüsselstücke, die sie während ihrer gesamten Existenz geschaffen haben. Der Garten im Freien hat mehr Kunstausstellungen, in einer schönen grünen Umgebung.

Our group of 10 booked this day trip from Munich. Our guide, Elisabeth, and a driver picked us up at our hotel in a very comfortable vehicle with plenty of room for everyone. Right from the beginning, Elisabeth was personable, attentive and answered all our questions. She is very knowledgeable about history, geography, Germany, and the sites we were seeing. With her fun and interesting commentary along the way, the drive went by quickly. Swarovski Crystal World was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we loved going "into the mountain." Everything was well organized. Innsbruck was one of our favorite stops during our vacation. It is just a beautiful town and our favorite Christmas market of all that we visited. After our tour, Elisabeth arranged with the driver for us to be dropped off at Hofbrauhaus for our dinner reservation. After a long day, she could have just dropped us off at the door; but instead, she went with us inside the restaurant and showed us the vaults where the regulars keep their beer steins (so cool!), gave us a little history of the place, and walked us up to the Festival Hall to make sure everything was set with our reservation! This is the kind of extra attention you get when you book with Special Private Tours. I would highly recommend them.

erano diversi anni che ci volevamo andare e finalmente è capitata l'occasione e l'attesa NON è stata delusa. Abbiamo facilmente comperato i biglietti on line ... per colpa/fortuna dell' ambiguità degli orari indicati sui biglietti siamo arrivati alle 8.30 di un uggioso sabato 2 novembre ... e meno male: la parte indoor del museo e le sue istallazioni meritano di essere viste senza confusione, per goderne pienamente. Al termine della visita al museo, intorno alle 12.30. siamo usciti trovando ad aspettarci una giornata spettacolare che ha reso la parte outdoor del parco un esperienza magica.
